*A Message 4 You*
[[---- Part 2 ----]]------------------
بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم
Sometimes, we read about the Prophets and the early Muslims like we are reading a storybook. We think of them as great heroes from a time long, long ago. We close the book and their lives stay in the pages.
But this is a serious mistake. Their lives are not just stories. They are a guide for our lives today.
Please, open your Qur'an App, read the translation of verse 3 to 6 of Surah Maryam.
We will all read that Prophet Zakariyyah (AS) was an old man. His bones were weak. His hair was white. His wife could not have children.
In our world today, someone with this situation might just give up. They would say, "It is impossible."
But what did Prophet Zakariyyah do?
He did not look at his problems and feel sad. He did not give up hope. Instead, he turned to Allah (swt) with a very sincere and private prayer. He told Allah all his problems, and then he asked. He believed, without a single doubt, that Allah could do anything. Even something that seemed impossible.
Allah (swt) answered his prayer and gave him a son, Yahya (A.S) - a Prophet for that matter.
What does this mean for you and me?
It means when you want something badly—a good job, a good husband or wife, healing from sickness, success in your studies—you must do what Zakariyyah did.
Yes!
(1) Talk to Allah Privately. Tell Him your needs. Tell Him your fears. Be sincere in your prayer (dua).
(2) Never, Ever Despair. Your situation might look impossible. You might feel old, or sick, or stuck. But never think that Allah's power has a limit. What is impossible for you is easy for Allah.
(3) Keep Asking. Don't Stop. The biggest lesson is here. Often, we ask Allah for something for few days or months or even years. When we don't get it immediately, we stop asking. We think, "Allah didn't answer me," and we give up.
This is our biggest mistake.
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) told us: "The prayer of every one of you is granted if he does not grow impatient and say, 'I prayed but it was not granted.'" 📚 (Sahih Muslim)
My People,
Allah is not ignoring you. HE is not saying "No." Maybe HE is saying "Not Yet," because HE knows a better time. Maybe HE is saving something much better for you. Your job is to have the same patience and conviction as Prophet Zakariyyah (AS).
So, remember this:
The lives of the Prophets and the early Muslims are not just stories in a book. They are a living example. They are a direct message to you, today, in your life.
When you face a problem, don't just feel sad. Be like Prophet Zakariyyah. Have strong belief. Talk to Allah. And never, ever stop talking to HIM.
To be continued...
