ALLAH, the Exalted, thought us a powerful dua in the Qur’an which is; _رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَاماً_ Our Lord Bestow on us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and make us an Imaam (leader/guide) for the pious (Muttaqoon)*. [Watch the video] __ Allah ﷻ says about mankind *يَقُوْلُ يٰلَيْتَنِى قَدَّمْتُ لِحَيَاتِى*   _Man will say "Ah! Would it had been that I had sent forth my life"_ [89:24] Your life is short Wallah.  It is like the time between the Adhaan and the Salah. Because the Adhaan is read over you when you are born. (Note: There's difference of opinion regarding the authenticity of the hadith regarding giving adhan to a newborn baby) All that's left is the Salah that will be prayed over you when you leave this world. _ But you need to reflect,  Have I, as a Mu'min done enough? Have I, as part of the Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ done enough?  Have I done enough to earn the pleasure of Allah ﷻ, the mercy of Allah ﷻ so that I can enter Jannah?  *REFLECTIONS*                       Ibn Qayyim رحمه الله “Gratitude is to display the effects of the blessings of Allāh ﷻ upon the tongue by way of praise and acknowledgement; in the heart by way of witnessing and love; and upon the limbs by way of submission and obedience.”  [Madārij As-Sālikīn | 2/244]  The Prophet ﷺ said, ‘A man giving a dirham as sadaqah [charity] during his life is better than giving one hundred dirhams as charity at the moment of his death.’ [Abu Dawood]                                       

 *SIGNS OF QAYAMAT*  Read this you will be astonished to know how near we are to the last day..  The Prophet Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him) foretold 72 signs that would appear near Doomsday:  1. People will leave prayer  2. People will usurp Ama'naat  3. Lying will become an art  4. There will be murders on the slightest of disagreements  5. Interest will become common  6. There will be very tall buildings  7. People will sell Religion for the world  8. People will treat relatives badly  9. Justice will become a rarity  10. Lies will be considered truth  11. Clothes will be of silk  12. Persecution will become common  13. Divorces will become common  14. Sudden deaths will increase  15.  *ARE YOU ANGRY?* The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,  "Do not be angry." [Muwatta 1646] It should be noted that in the sharh of Muwatta by az-Zurqani there is a distinction made between two kinds of anger:  1) Getting angry about wordly matters. One should not get angry about those things which cause them anger. This is what the hadith is referring to and is hated. 2) Responding angrily regarding religious matters. Such as the people of falsehood (e.g. when they invent new lies against the Prophet ﷺ). This recommended and may be even obligatory. Meaning getting angry about things regarding the deen is not always seen as a bad behaviour unlike many people who claim it is. They’ll look back and laugh, at how short life was, and then smile, because beautiful is their final abode. ❄️💧❄️💧❄️💧❄️💧❄️💧 The people of paradise will have all that they desire. ﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا  عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو،  سَمِعَ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى  الله عنهم ـ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ لَوْ قَدْ جَاءَ مَالُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ، قَدْ أَعْطَيْتُكَ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا ‏" ‏‏.‏  فَلَمْ يَجِئْ مَالُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ حَتَّى قُبِضَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله  عليه وسلم فَلَمَّا جَاءَ مَالُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ أَمَرَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ  فَنَادَى مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عِدَةٌ  أَوْ دَيْنٌ فَلْيَأْتِنَا‏.‏ فَأَتَيْتُهُ، فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى  الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لِي كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَحَثَى لِي حَثْيَةً  فَعَدَدْتُهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ خَمْسُمِائَةٍ، وَقَالَ خُذْ مِثْلَيْهَا‏.‏  Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:                         Once the Prophet (ﷺ) said (to me), "If the money of Bahrain comes, I will give you a ce...

﷽ *Surah Al-Araf, Verse 167:* وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكَ لَيَبْعَثَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مَن يَسُومُهُمْ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَسَرِيعُ الْعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ And (remember) when your Lord declared that He would certainly keep on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment.  PRINCIPLES OF ISLAMIC PARENTING Muslim approach to parenting Our children are an amanah from Allah swt. The best gift we can give our Muslim children is a proper upbringing. But as parents we can all agree that parenting can be confusing and daunting as babies do not come with an instruction manual. On top, each child is different making our job as parents even more harder. Parenting really is the hardest job ever. So what effective approach can parents follow to upbring children who can be successful in this world and next? I took a few parenting class at our local masjid taught by Shaykh Yaser Birjas. I’ve heard him mention this below Hadith a few times in the last 2-3 years. As I thought more and more about this Hadith, I realized Islam has provided some wonderful guidelines for parents in order to raise our children. “Play with them for the first seven years (of their life); then teach them for the next seven years; then advise them for the next seven years (and after that).” ...

 *Whoever has these two qualities is loved by Allah:* - piety; - beautiful manners. ️*Whoever has these two qualities is loved by people:* - generosity; - doing good to all. ️Whoever has these two qualities is loved by his friends:* - remembering the good deeds of his friends; - to forget the bad deeds of his friends. ️Whoever has these two qualities is loved by his students: - making all of his efforts to teach; - treating them kindly. ️Whoever has these have two qualities is loved by his teachers: - quick comprehension of what his teachers say; - showing his respect towards teachers. ️Whoever has two qualities is loved by his wife: - kindness in treating; - Understanding his wife's problems without her mentioning them. ️Whoever has two qualities is loved by his director: - beautiful obedience; - doing the ordered work as it is asked. ️Anyone who has two qualities is loved by Allah and all people: - to always do good to everyone; - Avoid oppression and harassment.     ...

 *Pearls Of Motivation* Being happy for others will not rob you of your own happiness. When someone has more than you, it doesn’t mean they’re getting your share of the blessing. What’s yours will be yours. Almighty ALLĀH will see to that. Always wish the best for others!
