BismilLah.  In Qur'an 33:56, ALLAH says إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّۚ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمًا  Indeed, ALLAH confers blessing upon the Prophet, and HIS angels [ask HIM to do so].
