OVERCOME BY COMPASSION AND CONCERN

Muslims Till Death: 🍀بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم🍀 ﷺ ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ   *`` Thursday 16 April 2027/15th Shawwal 1447 AH ` * *OVERCOME BY COMPASSION AND CONCERN*   On one occasion, ‘Umar bin ‘Abdil ‘Azeez (rahimahullah) sent an emissary to the ruler of Rome. After the emissary had concluded his mission with the ruler, he left his court and began to roam around. While roaming, he passed by a place where he could hear a man reciting the Quraan Majeed and grinding grain. He thus approached the man and greeted him with salaam two or three times, but the man did not reply to his salaam.   Finally, the man replied to his salaam and asked, “How is it that someone is making salaam to me in this land? (i.e. how is it that a Muslim is present here?)” The emissary then explained to the man that he was the emissary of ‘Umar bin ‘Abdil ‘Azeez (rahimahullah), sent to the ruler of Rome.   The emissary then asked the man regarding his condition and what he was doing in the land of Ro...

HADHRAT ABDULLAH BIN AMR (رضي الله عنه) BURNS HIS SHEET

Muslims Till Death: 🍀بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم🍀 ﷺ ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ   *`` ` * *HADHRAT ABDULLAH BIN AMR (رضي الله عنه) BURNS HIS SHEET* Hadhrat Abdullah bin Amr Ibnul Aas (رضي الله عنه) says: “Once we were accompanying Rasûlullâh (ﷺ) on a journey. I went to see him and I was wearing a saffron coloured sheet. He asked me, ‘What is this that you are wearing?’ I felt that he did not like my wearing a  cloth of that colour. When I reached home, I found a fire burning. I threw my garment into the fire. The next day when I went to Rasûlullâh (ﷺ), he inquired, ‘where is that sheet?’ I told him what I had done with it. He remarked, “You could have given it to one of the ladies in your house. Women are permitted to wear clothes of that colour.” Hadhrat Abdullah bin Amr Ibnul Aas (رضي الله عنه) was so much perturbed at Rasûlullâh (ﷺ)'s displeasure that he did not hesitate to avail of the first opportunity of doing away with the sheet that caused the displeasure. He did not even think ...

Stolen Blessing* [[----Part 5----]]

*Stolen Blessing* [[----Part 5----]] ------------------ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم There was an old man called Habib. The sweet, red dates from Old Man Habib’s orchard were the greatest. They were not like other dates; they were impossibly plump, with a honeyed richness that could sweeten a whole month’s bitterness. His people believed the angels themselves watered his trees. Habib was a man of unwavering devotion. His charity was as quiet and constant as the dawn. Habib would say "My orchard is for all the community, not a possession.” But his son, Tariq, saw it differently. He saw not a gift, but a wasted opportunity. “We could be rich, Father!” he’d argue, watching the merchant caravans pass by. “We sell these dates for pennies while others grow fat on inferior fruit. This is not piety, it is foolishness!” Habib would simply shake his head. “Allah’s balance is perfect, my son. Do not tip the scales with greed.” When Habib passed away, the entire village mourned. Tariq, now in poss...

THE PERFECT LIFE OF JANNAH

FAJR REMINDER: THE PERFECT LIFE OF JANNAH By: Umm Affān Shawwāl 27, 1447 (15-April-2026) Sleep is often described as a form of partial death. As Allāh says: “It is He, Who takes your souls by night (when you are asleep)…” [Sūrah Al-An’ām (6): 60] Yet in Jannah (Paradise), sleep will not exist, because death itself will no longer exist. The life of the Hereafter is complete and perfect—free from worry, hardship, pain, or illness. In such a flawless state, there will be no need for rest or sleep. Jābir Ibn ‘Abdullāh (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) was asked: “O Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ), do the people of Paradise sleep?” The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said: “Sleep is the brother of death, and the people of Paradise do not sleep.” [al-Mu’jam al-Awsaṭ liṭ-Ṭabarānī 919] Even more remarkable is that the people of Jannah will be free from bodily needs such as urination and defecation. Abū Hurayrah (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) narrated that the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said: “The firs...

The Spirit of Generosity

Muslims Till Death: 🍀بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم🍀 ﷺ ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ   *The Spirit of Generosity* Sayyiduna Hakeem bin Hizaam (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) is a Sahaabi of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) who was blessed with an extraordinarily long life – he passed away at the age of one hundred and twenty! Another unique aspect of his life is that he was born inside the Ka’bah! He was among the leaders of the Quraish and was regarded to be wise and intelligent. When the leaders of the Quraish would enter Daarun Nadwah (the place of council) in order to hold meetings and discuss the affairs of Makkah Mukarramah and its people, then only those people who were forty years of age or older were allowed to participate in the discussion and give their suggestions. However, Sayyiduna Hakeem (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) was an exception to this rule. On account of his wisdom and intelligence, he was admitted into Daarun Nadwah at the age of fifteen! Among his many good qualities, one quality t...

True Message

*True Message* ------------------ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم It doesn't mean that someone who frequently remembers or talk about death is ready to or will die soon. Also, it doesn't mean that someone who completely forgets about or talk about death will not die soon. What matters most is living in this world 🌎 as a someone who have not completely lost focus on the journey he or she have embarked on. This reminds me, A brother visited one of the graveyards and narrated a story of what he saw on the sign-board of that graveyard while entering the graveyard and while going out of the graveyard. Honestly speaking, the messages on that graveyard sign-board should touch every Muslim who have an ATOM of fear of Allah (swt). Yes. Guess what anybody entering and or going out of that particular graveyard will read on the graveyard sign-board: *"We were once like you"* *"You will soon be like us"* 😢😢 Anyone who have ever visited a graveyard for any reason will affirm t...

WHATEVER WE WANT

FAJR REMINDER: WHATEVER WE WANT… By: Umm Affān Shawwāl 26, 1447 (14-April-2026) The disbelievers have long made it a habit to test the Messengers and the believers, seeking to challenge the truth of Islām. Yet, how can one truly test a man who is taught by Allāh and granted knowledge far beyond human understanding? Thawbān (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) narrated that a Jewish rabbi once came to question the Prophet (ﷺ) about certain matters. The Jew asked: “What will be presented to them (i.e. the people of Jannah) first when they enter Paradise? He said: “Caudate lobe of whale liver.” He said: “What food will be given to them after that? He said: “The bull of Paradise, which used to graze along its edge, will be slaughtered for them.” He said: “What will their drink be?” He said: “From a spring there that is called Salsabīl.” [Ṣaḥiḥ Muslim 315] Indeed, Jannah (Paradise) is a place of pure enjoyment, where its people will delight in eating and drinking without hardship or limitation. Allāh s...

BismilLah.  CONTEXT / BACKGROUND OF THE SUURAH: Suurah Al-A‘la was revealed in Makkah early in the Prophethood of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It came at a time when: The message of Islam was still new and being rejected by many in Makkah. The Prophet ﷺ was being reassured and strengthened. The focus was on Tawheed (Oneness of ALLAH), revelation, and accountability.  This Suurah emphasizes on: Glorifying ALLAH Azzawajal,  Trusting in divine revelation, The success of those who purify themselves, A reminder that guidance has always been sent before (e.g., scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa). MEN AND WOMEN IN PARADISE

FAJR REMINDER: MEN AND WOMEN IN PARADISE By: Umm Affān Shawwāl 25, 1447 (13-April-2026) Men and women share equally in the promise of Jannah (Paradise). Whoever truly believes, performs righteous deeds, and dies upon Eemān (Belief)—whether male or female—will be granted entry into Paradise. This is a clear and beautiful assurance from Allāh: “Allāh has promised to the believers – men and women, - Gardens under which rivers flow to dwell therein forever, and beautiful mansions in Gardens of ‘Adn (Eden Paradise). But the greatest bliss is the Good Pleasure of Allāh. That is the supreme success.” [Sūrah At-Tawbah (9): 72] Furthermore, the blessings of Jannah include being reunited with one’s righteous spouse. A man who enters Paradise will be joined by his believing wife (or wives) who also attained it. Allāh says: “Enter Paradise, you and your wives, in happiness.” [Sūrah Az-Zukhruf (43): 70] And He also says: “They and their wives will be in pleasant shade, reclining on thrones.” [...

THE ILLUSION OF REFLECTION

🍀بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم🍀 ﷺ ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ ` * *THE ILLUSION OF REFLECTION* Once there was a king who had presented his daughter, the princess, with a beautiful diamond necklace. The necklace went missing & his people in the kingdom searched everywhere but could not find it. Some said a bird might have stolen it. The king then put a reward for $50,000 for anyone who found it. One day a clerk was walking home along a river next to an industrial area. This river was completely polluted, filthy & smelly. As he was walking, he saw something shimmering in the river . To his surprise it was the diamond necklace. He felt so happy. If only he could get the necklace out, that would mean the $50,000 reward would be his. He put his hand into the filthy river & grabbed at the necklace, but somehow missed it.Taking his hand out, he looked again. The necklace was still there. He tried again & again. Just when he thought he caught it, he missed. Finally he decided to wade into t...

Stolen Blessings* [[---- Part 3 ----]]

*Stolen Blessings* [[---- Part 3 ----]] ------------------ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم We often fall into the trap of believing that success is a simple formula: hard work + talent + opportunity = desired outcome. While these elements are important, for a Muslim, they are merely the visible tools. The true, unseen force that gives these tools their efficacy is Barakah—the blessing of Allah. My People, Allah's blessings are not just in wealth, but in time, health, peace of mind, and spiritual contentment. However, these blessings are not unconditional. They are a trust from Allah, and our actions can either increase them or cause them to be diminished or even removed. The Quran and Sunnah highlight several actions that can lead to this spiritual poverty: *Action No 1:* Ingratitude (Kufr al-Ni'mah): This is the primary cause. Failing to acknowledge that every good we have is from Allah, and instead attributing success to our own intellect or effort, is a grave form of ungratefulness....

Life will go on

*Life will go on* ------------------ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم When you pass away, do not worry about your dead body as fellow Muslims will take good care of it. They will take off your clothes, wash your body up, and wrap it in a clean white shroud. They will take you to your new house, the grave. Many are those who will escort you to your final resting place; many will even cancel their businesses to see you off. You can rest easy knowing that the world will not collapse or even mourn you; life will go on, and your job will be taken by another. Your spouse will be taken by another. Your property will be legally distributed among your heirs whereas you will be brought to account for every moment of life in this world. According to the degree of affinity with others, the period they will spend to mourn you will vary. Eventually, you will be completely forgotten and assigned a special place on the shelf of memories. Believe it or not, the above is nothing but the truth! Hence, your st...

The Suurah begins with the Day of Judgment, keep it in mind daily. 2. Work for the right purpose Not all hard work counts, make sure your efforts are to please ALLAH Azzawajal by spending on your relatives and non relatives. 3. Seek true success: Real success is not life on earth but means to attain Jannah. 4. Reflect on creation: Take time to: Look at nature. Strengthen our eemaan through reflection. 5. THE HOURIS OF JANNAH

FAJR REMINDER: THE HOURIS OF JANNAH By: Umm Affān Shawwāl 24, 1447 (12-April-2026) How delightful and breathtaking Jannah (Paradise) truly is! Its beauty and comfort are so overwhelming that even the one with the least share of its blessings will feel as though he possesses the greatest fortune of all. Abū Sa’īd Al-Khudri (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The lowest of people in status in Paradise will be a man whose face Allāh turns away from the Fire towards Paradise, and shows him a tree giving shade. He will say, ‘O Lord, bring me closer to that tree so that I may be in its shade… Then he will enter his house (in Paradise) and his two wives (from among Al-Ḥūr al-'ayn) with large and dark eyes will come in and will say to him, ‘Praise be to Allāh who brought you to life for us and brought us to life for you.’ Then he will say, ‘No one has been given what I have been given.’” [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 188] From the immense favors that Allāh has prepared for the believ...

THE HIDDEN GUARDIAN

Muslims Till Death: 🍀بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم🍀 ﷺ ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ   *`` ` * *THE HIDDEN GUARDIAN* Ibn Jad'aan had many camels, at that time it was considered the ultimate wealth of the Arabs. During Spring times Ibn Jad’aan used to go out. He would see good and healthy fat camels and their udders filled to the extent of almost exploding. Whenever the little offspring (i.e. the calf) came close to the mother camel, her milk would pour forth because of the great abundance of blessings and abundance of goodness. So, I (Ibn Jad’aan) looked at one of my she camels with her healthy calf, whose udder was so full of milk and I remembered my poor neighbour who had seven young daughters. So, I said to myself, by Allah I will give this camel and her calf as Sadaqah (charity) to my neighbour – and he recited the Ayah where Allah said: لَن تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتَّىٰ تُنفِقُوا مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ *“By no means Shall you Attain piety and righteousness unless you spend in Allah’s cause of which that y...

The people called the son a stupid. One day, the rich man called his son & told him to make him some tea. When the son brought the tea to his father, the father took one sip from the cup & to his surprise, it was very delicious. He asked his son about how the tea was made. The son replied, “I went to the backyard to look for some firewood. But, since it was raining, all the wood was wet. So, I went to the place where u store your money & picked up a lot of notes. Then I burnt all the paper money to make the tea.” The father was horrified...The tea that tasted very good in the beginning to him now tasted like poison. A RECAP ABOUT BINT AL-ḤĀRITH

FAJR REMINDER: A RECAP ABOUT BINT AL-ḤĀRITH By: Umm Affān Shawwāl 23, 1447 (11-April-2026) She grew up as a princess in her father’s home and later became a queen in the household of her husband. More importantly, she was a sincere and courageous servant of Allāh. Through her marriage to the Prophet (ﷺ), she was elevated to the noble rank of being among the Mothers of the Believers. What a tremendous honor granted to our mother, Juwayriyah Bint Al-Ḥārith (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha)! Her life was a shining example of devotion and righteousness. She passed away in the year 50 A.H at the age of sixty-five, and her funeral prayer was led by Marwān Ibn al-Ḥakam, who was the Governor of Madīnah at the time. Juwayriyah (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha) was well known for her commitment to Ṣalāt (prayer), Sawm (fasting), and giving Ṣadaqah (charity). Like the other wives of the Prophet (ﷺ), she was remarkably generous. These are qualities every Muslim should strive to embody and uphold. Indeed, prayer, fasting...

However, it is a reminder for the heedless and useful tool for the intelligent. However, the women have been created for the men and the men for the women.* *My dear daughter, you have left the environment from which you have sprouted and left the life which you have grown up in, going to a home that you do not know and a companion that you are unfamiliar with. Story of Jamil* [[--Part 1/2]]

Chief Admin: *Story of Jamil* [[--Part 1 of 2--]] ------------------ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Before the story of brother Jamil, read this and reflect wisely: Anyone who has ever been on an out-of-town journey would testify to the pre-travel stress and jitters. One aspect of the preparations is to make sure that, once the packing is done and the travel arrangements are made, everything the traveller leaves behind—from his belongings and house to his family—is protected and cared for until his return. This analogy finds its deepest truth in the life of a Believer. Our ultimate journey is to the Akhirah, a voyage that begins with our death. The wise traveller does not only prepare for the journey itself with acts of worship and righteousness, but he also ensures that what he leaves behind in the world continues to benefit him long after he has departed. My People, Among the most precious provisions for this journey is the midnight prayer, Tahajjud. It is the secret conversation with y...

LOSING JANNAH IS THE GREATEST LOSS

FAJR REMINDER: LOSING JANNAH IS THE GREATEST LOSS By: Umm Affān Shawwāl 21, 1447 (9-April-2026) Why should we not strive earnestly for Jannah (Paradise)? Jannah is a dwelling of indescribable beauty, filled with magnificent gardens, flowing rivers, and a radiant light beyond human imagination. Its peaceful environment and endless blessings reflect the Mercy of Allāh, granting everlasting joy and comfort to those who enter it. Abū Hurayrah (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) reported: Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ) once described Paradise saying: “Allāh said: I have prepared for My righteous servants what no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human heart has conceived. Recite the verse if you wish: No soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort.” (32:17) [Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 3244, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2824] Indeed, the believers are promised immense delight and everlasting pleasure. Allāh says: “(You) who believed in Our Āyāt (proofs, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and were...

Recharge Ur Body

*Recharge Ur Body* ----------------- بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Don't worry! Your bed will be there when you come back. Yes. But Tahajjud time? Once it's gone, you can't get it back. In fact, Angels carry the attendance register every night. So never miss even for one night without waking up for Tahajjud. Do it until the end of your life. Now, Any Nafil prayer established after ishai prayer (before you sleep) is called Qiyamul-lail. Any Nafil prayer established when you wake up from sleep (after ishai prayer) is called Tahajjud. The two Nafil are good but Tahajjud is more rewarding because only the determined Muslims can wake from sleep just for Allah (swt). My People, It is best to delay the tahajjud or late night prayer to the *last third portion of the night.* Evidence: Abu Hurairah (r.a.) reports that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Our Lord Descends to the lowest heaven during the *last one-third of the night* inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may re...

On one occasion, she mentioned to her son, “When you are placed in the grave, two angels will come to you, and they will ask you three questions.” She then explained the three questions, together with the answers, to her son. Thereafter, on another occasion, when she began to speak to him and caution him regarding the punishment in the grave, he responded, “I have already learnt the questions of the angels and the answers to their questions (so I do not need to worry about punishment in the grave).” Hearing this, she replied, “When you are in the grave, it will not be your tongue of flesh that will speak – it will be the tongue of...

TAFSEER OF SUURAH AL-GHĀSHIYAH (Qur’an Chapter 88)

✨ DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER ✨ Yaum Arba'a | 20th Shawwāl, 1447 AH | Wednesday, 8th April 2026. *_TAFSEER OF SUURAH AL-GHĀSHIYAH (Qur’an Chapter 88)_*. BismilLah.  LET'S START WITH OUR STUDIES OF THIS CHAPTER WITH HISTORICAL CONTEXT / BACKGROUND: Suurah Al-Ghāshiyah was revealed in Makkah when the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam was calling people to Islam in Makkah and facing rejection. “Al-Ghāshiyah” means “The Overwhelming Event” referring to the Day of Judgment, which will cover and overwhelm everything. The Suurah focuses on:  1. The contrast between the people of Hell and Paradise. 2. Encouraging reflection on ALLAH’S CREATION.  3. Reminding the Prophet ﷺ that his role is to convey the message, motivate or encourage people to the message but not to force belief. Suurah Al-Ghāshiyah gives a clear choice: A life of heedlessness leading to regret Or a life of faith leading to peace and reward. The decision is ours, every single day. To be continued tomorrow with t...

JANNAH IS ALREADY CREATED

FAJR REMINDER: JANNAH IS ALREADY CREATED By: Umm Affān Shawwāl 20, 1447 (8-April-2026) The correct belief is that Jannah (Paradise) has already been created and prepared. Allāh says: “Race one with another in hastening towards Forgiveness from your Lord (Allāh), and towards Paradise, the width whereof is as the width of heaven and earth, prepared for those who believe in Allāh and His Messengers. That is the Grace of Allāh which He bestows on whom He pleases. And Allāh is the Owner of Great Bounty.” [Sūrah Al-Ḥadīd (57): 21] Abū Hurayrah narrated that the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said, “When Allāh created Paradise and Hellfire... Allāh said (O Jibreel): ‘Go to the Hellfire and behold it and what I have prepared therein for its people.’ Jibreel saw that it was layered, one above the other. He returned to Allāh and said: ‘By Your Might, no one who hears of it will enter it.’ Allāh commanded that it be encircled by desires, and then instructed: ‘Return to it.’ Upon his return, Jibreel ...

HOW TO OBTAIN AL-FIRDAWS

FAJR REMINDER: HOW TO OBTAIN AL-FIRDAWS By: Umm Affān Shawwāl 19, 1447 (7-April-2026) How can one truly attain Jannah Al-Firdaws—the highest and most noble level of Paradise? The reality is that Jannah is not something easily acquired or cheap. It is surrounded by trials, hardships, and tests. No one reaches it except those whom Allāh favors with His special Grace and Mercy. Indeed, the people of Al-Firdaws are distinguished by their sound belief in Allāh and His Messenger, coupled with their eagerness to carry out righteous deeds as commanded. Allāh says: “Verily! Those who believe (in the Oneness of Allāh Islāmic Monotheism) and do righteous deeds, shall have the Gardens of Al-Firdaws (the Paradise) for their entertainment.” [Sūrah Al-Kahf (18): 107] This highest level of Paradise cannot be attained through mere wishes, empty claims, or hopeful thinking without action. It demands sincere effort—striving, consistency, and a genuine race toward good deeds. Allāh further describes ...

BismilLah.  Let's continue from yesterday's reminder with some practical Lessons from Suurah Al-Fajr for our daily life. 1. Hardships don’t last Just like the night ends, our struggles will pass. Be patient. 2. Wealth is not success: Being rich doesn’t mean ALLAH Azzawajal loves you more, and being poor doesn’t mean HE doesn’t. Wealth and Poverty are all test and trials of ALLAH Azzawajal as to how we react to any. 3. Care for the vulnerable, Honor orphans, Feed the poor, Be generous 4. Avoid ظلم (injustice): Oppression leads to destruction, if not now, then later. 5. Reflect on history: Past nations were stronger yet destroyed. Take lessons. 6. Prepare for the Hereafter Don’t wait until regret. Start doing good now. 7. Aim to be a “tranquil soul” Build: Strong faith, Contentment, Trust in ALLAH Azzawajal.  *_May ALLAH ...

OBEDIENCE AND KINDNESS TO PARENTS

🍀بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم🍀 ﷺ ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ   *`` Monday 6th APRIL 2026/17th Shawwal 1447 AH ` * *OBEDIENCE AND KINDNESS TO PARENTS* It is quite common to hear preachers talk about 'obedience' to parents as a part of Islamic teachings. And there is no doubt that obedience to a parent is a praiseworthy matter overall. However, it is important to note that the primary term the Quran and Sunnah employ is not 'ṭā'ah al-wālidayn' (obeying the parent) but rather 'birr al-wālidayn' (being kind to one's parents). This is extremely significant, as all too often, adult children are made to feel guilty if they don't obey each and every request of a parent, even if it involves something unreasonable. In fact, kindness to one's parents is NOT the same as obedience to them. One must always try one's best to be kind and respectful at all times, but one is not obliged to obey each and every command, especially if that command involves the rights of others, ...
