*_DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER_*
Yaumul Jumuat | 28th day of Dhul-Qa'dah, 1447 AH | Friday, 15th May 2026. *_TAFSEER OF SUURAH AL-MUTAFFIFIN (Qur’an 83) continues_*. BismilLah.
Let's continue with our studies of suurah Al-Mutaffifin.
Verses 29–36. Mockery in This World and Justice in the Next. These verses describe a striking reversal of fortunes between the wicked and the believers. In this life, the evildoers openly mocked and ridiculed the faithful — laughing at them, exchanging contemptuous glances as they passed, then going home to boast about it, dismissing the believers as misguided fools. Yet they had no authority over them and no right to judge. On the Day of Judgement, the tables are completely turned: it is the believers who will be at ease, reclining on noble couches, while the disbelievers face their reckoning receiving in full exactly what their deeds earned them.
The criminals used to mock the believers in this world, but on the Day of Judgment the believers will be honored while the mockers face humiliation.
Commentary:
The disbelievers laughed at the believers because of: Their faith,
Their worship, Their modesty, Their obedience to ALLAH Azzawajal. This still happens today.
People may mock: Hijab, Salah,
Honesty, Islamic values, Avoiding sin. ALLAH Azzawajal comforts the believers: The final outcome belongs to the righteous. Worldly mockery is temporary, but eternal honor belongs to those who remain steadfast. Alhamdulillah. *_May ALLAH Azzawajal keep guiding and protecting us from any satanic influences_*. Aameen.
