 Muslims Till Death:

AS SALAAMU ALAYKUM WARAHMATULLAH WABARAKAATUHU . LET'S START TONIGHT'S EDUCATION. OUR TOPIC IS 👇.                                                                            *THE  DEVIL’S DECEPTION (TALBIS IBLIS)* (Episode 11)

▫️ *Being Cautious from What appears to be a Miracle (al karãmah)*

Devil's ability to deceive a person is a function of how little knowledge he has. The less knowledge a person possesses; the more able devil will be to deceive him. And vise versa.

- A worshipper may see a light in the sky. If he sees it during Ramadan, he would say: "I have seen Laylatul-Qadr." And if he sees it outside Ramadan, he says: "the doors of heaven have opened for me”.

   - He might expect something to happen and it does happen, out of coincidence, or because of devilish deception. A wise person never goes by such things, even if it were a gift from Allaah (karamah) .

Regarding these facts, Malik lbn Dinar and Habib al-Ajmi (رضي الله عنهم) both said: _"The devil plays with readers (ascetics) just as children play with walnuts."_
*[Tablis Iblis p.508]*

Some sufis in their Claims of piety mislead people with little knowledge.

For exemple, 'Abdu'l-'Aziz al-Baghdadi said: _"I used to read sufis stories. So one day I climbed over the roof and heard a voice saying: *"He protects the righteous"* [al-A'rãf 7:196]. So, I jumped over the roof and found myself suspended in the air."_

Ibn Al-Jawzi  (رحمه الله) replying to this said :

_"This is impossible. In addition, throwing one's self from the roof is a sin, and believing that Allaah would protect someone while committing a sin is false. Allaah said:_.

                             *وَلَا تُلْقُوا بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ*

*"Do not throw yourselves into destruction"*
[al-Baqarah 2:195]

_How could he have been righteous when he was disobeying his Lord?! And who told him that he was from among the righteous?!"_
*[Talbis Iblis p.511]*

___

Since people among our pious predecessors realized the extent of devil's deception, they warned from falling for things that appeared to be miracles. They feared that it may be from devil's deception. Here are some stories of them.
___*PAGE 5*___.

Zahrun said: _"One day I was lost in the desert when I heard a white bird telling me: Ô Zahrun! Are you lost? I replied: You are a devil, find someone else to deceive. Then the bird said: You are lost? I repeated my response. Then he stood on my shoulder and said: I am not a devil. You are lost, and I was sent to you. Then he disappeared."_

Zulfa said: _"I told Rabi'ah al-Adawiyyah: People say that you find food and drink in your home, is this true ? She replied: If I did I would never touch it."_.
___*PAGE 6*___.
✍️...

And Rabi'ah once said: _"One cold day I was yearning for a hot meal, and wished that I had some onions to make it with. Suddenly, a bird dropped an onion he had held with his beak. When I saw this I decided not eat out of fear that it was the devil who had done so."_

*[Talbis Iblis p.510]*
____
*May Allaah prevent us from falling into devilish deceptions*.

✍️...

▫️ *Committing Sins Excessively.*
➖➖➖

Iblis entices laypeople to dwell into sins, and when they get reprimanded for these, they say things like: "I will not abandon immediate pleasure for future pleasure."  This is because of their ignorance.

Ibn Al-Jawzi  (رحمه الله)  assimilated these people to a person suffering from fever who is asked to eat honey, so he responds: "Fulfilling my immediate desire to eat honey is more important to me than my hope of a cure!".
___*PAGE 8*___.
✍️...

These people should understand the reality of imãn. And Allaah's promise of future pleasure is definite.

- Some laypeople say: "Allaah is generous, His forgiveness is vast, and having hope (in Allaah) is from our religion."

They consider their wishful thinking: "hope". This is what destroyed most sinners.

Al-Farazdaq asked those around him once: _"If I were to do something wrong towards my parents would they throw me in a blazing  oven?".
___*PAGE 9*___.
✍️...

_They said: _"No, they would have mercy on you."_ He said: _''I trust my Lord's mercy more than I trust theirs."_

This is utter ignorance. Allaah is merciful but not in the sense of being tender-hearted. Had He been tender-hearted, no bird would be slaughtered, no child would die, and no one would enter the hellfire.

- Some of them say: "Scholars are the ones who must follow Allaah's rules strictly, as for me I am not doing that bad”.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

*BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
