AS SALAAMU ALAYKUM WARAHMATULLAH WABARAKAATUHU . LET'S START TONIGHT'S EDUCATION. OUR TOPIC IS 👇.                                                                            *THE  DEVIL’S DECEPTION (TALBIS IBLIS)* (Episode 8)                                                                                                                                                                                Monday 18th May 2026 26th Dhu’l-Qi’dah 1447AH

Regarding Tawakkul (Reliance on Allaah) ...

Yã Oukhty ! Yã Akhy ! Know that one of the ways of deception from Iblis lies in the tawakkul (Reliance on Allaah) that every believer should have.

He has deceived some who claim to have tawakkul. They left their homes without food thinking that this was tawakkul. Ibn Al Jawzi (رحمه الله) said about these persons : _"They are severely  wrong"._ *[Talbis Iblis p.250]*.

A man told Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal  (رضي الله عنه) : 'I intend to travel to Makkah without food, relying on Allaah.' At this, Imam Ahmad said: 'Then you should travel alone without company.' The man responded : 'No, I have to travel with company,' so Ahmad responded: 'So you are going to base your tawakkul on the food that others have brought with them !'

It is undoubtedly important to have confidence in Allaah but it is however necessary to undertake the actions that lead to what is sought and then rely on Allaah. And it is Allaah alone who puts the effects in the causes.

Regarding Hajj ...

Iblis has indeed deceived some people to go to Hajj while owing others money or certain rights, or go to hajj for leisure, or use suspicious money to perform hajj.

Others in our community go to Hajj just to be called al-Hajj (the one who performed the hajj) by the people. It is necessary to have a clear idea of the reasons why the believer must do the Hajj. The objective of hajj is for the hearts to become closer to Allaah and not for showing off.

How many people have gone on pilgrimage to Mecca when their only concern was to increase the number of times they go so that they say: "I have accomplished the hajjj twenty times !"

The devil has deceived many who go to Mecca. They knowingly miss obligatory prayers, cheat in trade, thinking that the pilgrimage protects them from the punishment of Allaah.
___*PAGE 5*___.

Some in our community go there with the hope of having a vision. This is not part of the teachings of our beloved prophet (ﷺ).

lblis has deceived some people to introduce innovation to hajj rituals. _*The Prophet (ﷺ) once saw a man performing fawãf while tied with a string, or something like that, so He (ﷺ) cut it.*_ [Sahih Al-Bukhari 386]

This hadith includes a prohibition from innovation, even if the aim was to obey Allaah.

Yã Oukhty ! Yã Akhy ! Let us not neglect the cunning of Iblis in these acts of worship and let's make sure to purify our intentions in order to have the full benefit of our acts.

*THE DEVIL’S DECEPTION OF THE GOVERNORS (AL-WALÃT) AND SOVEREIGNS (AL-SALÃTIN)*

▫️ *Making them have some wrong beliefs*
➖➖➖

lblis has deceived Governors (al- Walãt) and Sovereigns (al-Salãtin) into believing many things. Here are some of the most important things mentioned by Ibn Al-Jawzi  (رحمه الله).

(🔹) Iblis convinces them that Allaah loves them and this is why He gave them this position. This argument doesn't hold for two reasons.
___*PAGE 8*___.
✍️...

Firstly, Had they been His deputies then they must be following His religion. Only then would He love them.

Secondly, As for leadership, Allaah has given it to people whom He disliked. He gave a lot of bounties to people whom He is not fond of.

Some of them used their powers to harm righteous people and as Allaah said:

*إِنَّمَا نُمْلِي لَهُمْ لِيَزْدَادُوا إِثْمًا*

*"We only extend it for them so that they may increase in sin."* [Al-'lmrãn 3:178].
___*PAGE 9*___.
✍️...

This verse may apply to them.

(🔹) Iblis convinces them that leadership requires that they be revered. So they become too arrogant to seek knowledge and join gatherings of knowledge. It is indeed known that human nature steals from the habits of acquaintances.

So if they only mix with ignorant seeker of worldly things, they will become like them. And this is a cause of destruction.
___*PAGE 10*___.
✍️...

(🔹) Iblis makes them paranoid of their enemies, so they appoint many guards, which limits the access of (the real) oppressed people to them.

Abu Maryam al-Asadi reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said :

_*"Whoever was appointed by Allaah to lead Muslims but does not give them access for him to report their need and poverty, then Allaah will not give him access to report his need and poverty to Him."*_  [Abu Dawud 2948]

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE EXPIATION

FAJR REMINDER: THE EXPIATION! By: Umm Affān Dhū al-Qa'dah 3, 1447 (21-April-2026) Do you know how to live a good life and die upon goodness? I mean the deeds of expiation that help a person meet Allāh free from sins, as pure as the day they were born. Some people may imagine that this is achieved by repeating Astaghfirullāh a million times, praying hundreds of Rak‘āt without even facing the Qiblah, or locking themselves in a dark room for a year while engaging in invented forms of Dhikr. No—this is not the way. Rather, the path is what the Prophet (ﷺ) taught. Ibn Abbās (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhuma) said Allāh’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “My Lord came to me tonight in the most beautiful form (I think he said, in a dream). He (Allāh) said, ‘O Muḥammad, do you know what the chiefs on high (the Angels) disputed about?’ I said, ‘No.’ He put His Hand between my shoulder-blades and I could feel its coolness on my chest (or just beneath my throat), then I knew everything that is in the heavens and on e...
