ALLAH IS ENOUGH FOR THOSE WHO PUT THEIR TRUST IN HIM

*ALLAH IS ENOUGH FOR THOSE WHO PUT THEIR TRUST IN HIM*:🚩🚩

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Seventy thousand people of my followers will enter Paradise without account, and they are those who do not practise Ar-Ruqyah* and do not see an evil omen in things, and put their trust in their Lord."

[Sahih Al-Bukhari, 8/6472 (O.P.479)]

b) Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "An Israeli man asked another Israeli to lend him one thousand dinars. The second man required witnesses. The former replied, 'Allah is Sufficient as a Witness.' The second said, 'I want a surety.' The former replied, 'Allah is Sufficient as a Surety.' The second said, 'You are right' and lent him the money for a certain period. The debtor went across the sea. When he finished his job, he searched for a conveyance so that he might reach in time for the repayment of the debt, but he could not find any. So, he took a piece of wood and made a hole in it, inserted in it one thousand dinars and a letter to the lender and then closed (i.e. sealed) the hole tightly. He took the piece of wood to the sea and said, 'O Allah! You know well that I took a loan of one thousand dinars from so-and-so. He demanded a surety from me but I told him that Allah's Guarantee was sufficient and he accepted Your Guarantee. He then asked for a witness and I told him that Allah was Sufficient as a Witness, and he accepted You as a Witness. No doubt, I have tried hard to find a conveyance so that I could pay his money back but could not find, so I hand over this money to You.' Saying that, he threw the piece of wood into the sea till it went out far into it, and then he went away. Meanwhile he started searching for a conveyance in order to reach the creditor's country. One day the lender came out of his house to see whether a ship had arrived bringing his money, and all of a sudden he saw the piece of wood (in which his money had been deposited). He took it home to use for fire. When he sawed it, he found his money and the letter inside it. Shortly after that, the debtor came bringing one thousand dinars to him and said, 'By Allah, I had been trying hard to get a boat so that I could bring you your money, but failed to get one before the one I have come by.' The lender asked, 'Have you sent something to me?' The debtor replied, 'I have told you I could not get a boat other than the one I have come by.' The lender said, 'Allah has delivered on your behalf the money you sent in the piece of wood. So, you may keep your one thousand dinars and depart guided on the Right Path.' "

🍀Many a times in life, we are faced with situations where we are extremely stressed out on a matter where we cannot put two and two together, as a result we find ourselves overwhelmed.  In such situations, or for any matter whatsoever, the best way out of the distress is to put our complete trust in Allah to deal with our issue.  This requires overcoming our fears and being reassured that we will be taken care of, because we have left the matter to Allah to deal with it.  This act of not over stressing and over worrying about things and leaving it to Allah, while only taking the basic means which are in our control, is highly encouraged and beloved to Allah as this shows how the slave renders himself helpless and leaves his affairs to Allah as his sole saviour from his problems.  Allah has mentioned in the Quran at various places that He loves the Mutawakkileen, ie those who put their trust in Him.

This especially holds good in the cases of people suffering from magic or evil eye, because they are in an extremely vulnerable situation as they are made to believe that their own loved ones have afflicted them.  This puts them in grave danger of severing the ties of kinship and in some cases, to compromise their imaan by resorting to the wrong means of treatment ending up in shirk.  Therefore, Allah particularly mentions about those who do not seek ruqya and put their trust in Allah.  We see in todays times how in the name of rukya people are being misled and misguided.  This refers to seeking rukya from others, not doing rukya on oneself from the proven adhkar of morning and evening and before going to bed.  Therefore, to put one's trust in Allah one has to overcome his fears and be patient, when he does this he sees the fruits of his tawakkul in Allah.

Allah puts us in situations where we are disappointed from everywhere and our only hope is Allah, such are the times we are tested for our trust in Allah.  If we prove ourselves to be perfect in our tawakkul, then our test is lifted and we turn out to be stronger individuals mentally and spiritually.

Allah explicitly says that whoever puts their trust in Him, then He is enough for them.  One should memorise this verse from the Quran and remind himself whenever he fears a thing or someone to harm him.

🏵At-Talaq 65:3

And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent.

May Allah perfect our tawakkul in Him and remove our worries and anxieties from Us ...ameen.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
