*THE REALITY OF QIYAMAH*

*The day everyone would run away from you.*

➖➖➖

Allah ﷻ says 

*يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْ*

_they shall be made to see one another._

*يَوَدُّ الْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِي مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذٍ بِبَنِيهِ*

_the criminal would desire to ransom himself from the punishment of the Day by his children,_

*وَ صَاحِبَتِهِ وَأَخِيهِ*

_And his wife and his brother,_

*وَفَصِيلَتِهِ الَّتِى تُـْوِيهِ*

_and his Fasilah (kindred) who sheltered him,_

*وَمَن فِى الاٌّرْضِ جَمِيعاً ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِ*

_And all that which is in the earth, so that it may save him_

[70:11-14]

_

This is what the chaos of Qiyamah will bring! 

Everybody will be saying Nafsi Nafsi! (Myself myself)

_

Not even your father will want you nor your mother!

Each will run away from each other and be careless of each other! 

_

As Allah ﷻ says 

*لِكُلِّ امْرِىءٍ مِّنْهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ شَأْنٌ يُغْنِيهِ*

_Every man that Day will have enough to make him careless of others_

[80:37]

_

No ransom will be accepted from him even if he brought all of the people of the earth (as ransom), and the greatest wealth that he could find, even if it was enough gold to fill the entire earth!

_

But he will be willing to bring forth even his children and wealth as ransom to escape the hellfire

The sheer desperation of this person is apparent.

_

So why do we turn a blind eye to this day? 

The day Allah ﷻ warns us about,

*وَاتَّقُوا يَوْمًا لَا تَجْزِي نَفْسٌ عَنْ نَفْسٍ شَيْئًا وَلَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهَا شَفَاعَةٌ وَلَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا عَدْلٌ وَلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُونَ*

_And fear a Day (of Judgement) when a person shall not avail another, nor will intercession be accepted from him, nor will compensation be taken from him, nor will they be helped._

[2:48]

_

If your own family will try and ransom you before Allah ﷻ,

Let's think about the following..

What about the girl you go out with?

What about the boy you always talk to?

What about the friends you sinned with?

What about those bad people outside your family?

What do you think they'll try and do?

Just imagine....

_

Turn back to Allah ﷻ and repent and strive for righteousness

_

As Allah ﷻ says 

*الْأَخِلَّاءُ يَوْمَئِذٍ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ إِلَّا الْمُتَّقِينَ*

_Friends on that day will be enemies to each other except the righteous._

[43:67]

_

This Dunya and its wealth won't avail you!

*Why do you seek it?*
