The importance of attending to jum'uah early.
As reported in Hadith,
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "If anyone performs Wudu' properly, then comes to the Friday prayer, listens to the Khutbah (religious talk) attentively and keeps silent, his (minor) sins between that Friday andthe following Friday will be forgiven, with the addition of three more days; but he who touches pebbles has caused an interruption. " [Muslim].
Book 9, Hadith 158.
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA)::
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Whoever speaks on Friday while the Imam is giving the Khutbah (religious talk), he islike a donkey which carries books; and he who tells him to be quiet has no Jumu'ah." [Reported by Ahmad with an acceptable chain of narrators].

It is obligatory to keep silent when imam delivers the khutbah.
And a great reward to go to the friday prayer early to listen to the khutbah.
As reported,
Abu Hurairah narrated that ::
Allah's Messenger said: "Whoever performs Ghusl on Friday - the Ghusl for Janabah - then he goes, he is like one who gave a camel in charity. Whoever goes in the second hour then he is like one who gave a cow in charity. Whoever goes inthe third hour then he is like the one who have a ram in charity. Whoever goes in the fourth hour then he is like the one who gave a chicken in charity. Whoever goes in the fifth hour, then he is like one who gave an egg in charity. When the Imam comes out, the angels are present listening to the remembrance."
