LOVE FOR THE DUNIYA The Punishment of Fire

*LOVE FOR THE DUNIYA*

*The Punishment of Fire*

Allah ﷻ says

Those who took their religion as amusement and play,

[7:51]

They took the Deen for a joke and thought they could waste their time with the Dunya in their lives!

_

Even When Allah ﷻ commanded,

And don't take the Ayaat of Allah as a joke.

[2:231]

_

And the third quality of these people?

And the life of this world deceived them!

[7:51]

They were deluded by the Dunya, deluded by its allure and beauty, and they were pushed away from Allah ﷻ!

_

Even after Allah ﷻ warned

And what is the life of this world except a temporary delusion.

[3:185]

_

They still took their Dunya for the utmost priority!

_

Their punishment?

So this Day We shall forget them as they forgot their meeting of this Day

Meaning, Allah ﷻ will treat them as if He has forgotten them. Certainly, nothing escapes Allah's perfect watch and He never forgets anything.

And they used to reject our Ayaat.

[7:51]

Meaning, reflect on how we reject the Ayaat of Allah via our actions while our speech affirms the Ayaat of Allah.

_

These are the people it is mentioned in the Ayaat before,

They will cry out in Hellfire,

And People of Hellfire will call to the People of Jannah: "Pour on us some water or anything that Allah has provided you with.say

"They will say: "Indeed Allah has forbidden both upon the disbelievers"

[7:50]

_

It is recorded in Sahihain,

Prophet ﷺ said that Allah will say

"Have I not gotten you married Have I not honored you Have I not made horses and camels subservient for you and allowed you to become a leader and a master"

He will say, "Yes." Allah will say, "Did you think that you will meet Me"

He will say, "No."

Allah ﷻ will say "Then this Day, I will forget you as you have forgotten Me."

[Sahih Muslim 4:2279]

_

How much do we forget Allah ﷻ in our lives?

Isn't it time we turn back to Allah ﷻ?

Reflect!

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

Mas’ud) told that when the evening came, the prophet (May peace be upon him) would say: we have come to the evening, and in the evening the dominion belongs to Allah: “Praise b...

As Time passes

╔✽̤̥̈̊‎ As Time passes ✽̤̈̊╗ Abdullah bin Mas’ud & said: “Indeed I hate to see a man idle, neither working for this world nor for the Hereafter.”  Hasan Basri sé said: “O son of Adam, indeed you are only but a number of days.
