LESSONS FROM SUURAH An-NAS (QURAN 114) AND A BRIEF ADVISE

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis. 18th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Thursday, 6th July, 2023).

*_LESSONS FROM SUURAH An-NAS (QURAN 114) AND A BRIEF ADVISE_*. BismilLah.

Let's ask, who is the biggest victim of Satan (shaytan)? In the Qur’an, a lot of bad people are mentioned. Pharaoh comes in the second rank after Satan. What are the three names of ALLAH in the Surah?

1- Rabb An-Nas (Master of the people)

2- Malik An-Nas (King of the people)

3- Illah An-Nas (God of people).

The Almighty ALLAH (The Most High) has mentioned what (Fir`awn) Pharaoh said about himself in the Qur’an:

1- “I am your most exalted Lord.” (An-Naziat 79:24).

So, Pharaoh said: “I am a ‘rabb’.” He (Pharaoh) attributed to himself the biggest waswasah (whisperings) of shaytan which is supposed to be an attribute of ALLAH (The Most Perfect Power). What was the biggest problem of shaytan? What is the biggest thing that he can instill inside a human being? It is arrogance.

What is the worst manifestation of arrogance? It is Fir`awn (Pharaoh).

My reminder today is to remind us of how satan can easily aid us to commit shirk without even realising it and ALLAH (THE CREATOR) offered us this great suurah to aid us against such satanic plot. Nowadays, people do not say what Pharaoh said about himself that he is god over people. Instead, one declares “I am god over myself”, saying, “I am my own master.” In other words, their desires become their master. The Almighty ALLAH (The Most MERCIFUL) says:

Have you seen he who has taken as his god his own desire…? (Al-Jathiyah 45:23). This is serious isn't it? Pride and arrogance are two words that can cause us to follow this footsteps of Satan so let's be submissive in all we do. If you are the boss of any establishment, your apprentice are aware of that. Don't be too commanding reminding them you are the boss and you do what you like Astaqfirullah!!! No please,  you can't do as you like, you must treat others as ALLAH commanded us to treat those under us and that's to know you yourself is a servant of ALLAH (ArRazzaaq, The Provider).

*_May ALLAH, the most Gracious keep guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences_*. Aameen.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

The questions of the grave?

The questions of the grave? Alhamdulillah, every Muslim should have belief that there is questions in the grave. As reported in hadith of the trials of the grave like that of the dajjal Two angels that will appear to. Person, Munkar and Nakir As reported in hadith, It was narrated form Al Bara bin Azib that the Prophet said: Allah will keep firm those who believe, with the world that stands firm in this world, and in the Hereafter. This was revelated concerning the torment in the grave. It will be said to him (the deceased: 'Who is your Lord?' and he will say: 'My Lord isAllah and my Prophet is Muhammad. That is what is (the meaning of) His saying: Allah will keep firm those who believe, with the word that stands firm in this world, and in the Hereafter". Sunan an-Nasa'i 2057. Abd Allah (b. Mas’ud) told that when the evening came, the prophet (May peace be upon him) would say: we have come to the evening, and in the evening the dominion belongs to Allah: “Praise b...

As Time passes

╔✽̤̥̈̊‎ As Time passes ✽̤̈̊╗ Abdullah bin Mas’ud & said: “Indeed I hate to see a man idle, neither working for this world nor for the Hereafter.”  Hasan Basri sé said: “O son of Adam, indeed you are only but a number of days.
