 THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat. 19th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Friday, 7th July, 2023). *_THE PROMISE OF ALLAH TO STRIVE FOR_*. BismilLah. 


ALLAH says in Qur'an 79:40-41

وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ وَنَهَى ٱلنَّفۡسَ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰ 

فَإِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ هِيَ الْمَأْوَى.

But as for him who feared standing before his Lord and forbade himself from unlawful desire. Verily Paradise will be his abode.


meaning, he fears standing before ALLAH, he fears ALLAH'S judgment of him, he prevents his soul from following its unlawful desires, and he compels it to obey its Master. His final abode, his destination, and his place of return will be the spacious Paradise. ALLAHU AKBAR.  Please remember today is Friday and make dua for my mother-in-law who passed away last Tuesday. Today the family are sitting to make dua for her. May ALLAH have mercy on her and all departed Muslims. Aameen. 

*_May ALLAH aid us to be able to abide by HIS laws, protect us from any satanic influences and grant us Paradise by HIS RAHMAH (MERCY). Aameen.

Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" PURIFICATION OF THE HEART

 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart. Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:88-89.  We learn from these verses that our success in the Hereafter depends upon the purification of our hearts in this life.
