PATIENTLY OBEY ALLĀH

FAJR REMINDER: PATIENTLY OBEY ALLĀH!  By: Umm Affān Ramaḍān 12, 1447 (1-March-2026) We cannot discuss Ramaḍān without addressing the concept of Patience (or Perseverance). The activities associated with this holy month—fasting throughout the day, engaging in prayer at night, dedicating time to Qur'ān recitation, reciting Adhkār, participating in Tafsīr sessions, giving to those in need, and refraining from anything that could invalidate our fast—are all centered around the idea of patience. Indeed, every form of worship demands patience—patience in fulfilling what Allāh has commanded (i.e., worshipping Him and following His Guidelines) and patience in avoiding what He has forbidden (like Zinā', listening to obnoxious music, backbiting, gossiping, etc.). However, human nature tends to lean towards forbidden desires. Allāh reminds us that Prophet Yūsuf (‘Alayhi Salām) stated: “...Verily, the (human) self is inclined to evil, except when my Lord bestows His Mercy (upon whom He w...

THE DANGEROUS NATURE OF LYING AND DECEPTION ESPECIALLY IN RAMADAN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum As-sabt, 12th day of Ramadhan, 1447AH, Sunday, 29th February, 2026. *_THE DANGEROUS NATURE OF LYING AND DECEPTION ESPECIALLY IN RAMADAN_*. BismilLahir Rahmanir Raheem.  Please allow me to pause our Tafseer Series today to share this important reminder. After Fajr this morning, a Sheikh delivered a powerful reminder about speaking the truth at all cost and the danger of lying,  even in jokes. It really touched the heart. Ramadan is not just about staying away from food and drink. It is about purifying the tongue and the heart. The Prophet ﷺ said that whoever does not give up false speech and acting upon it, ALLAH Azzawajal has no need of his leaving food and drink. This means we could be hungry and thirsty… yet lose the reward because of our words. He ﷺ also warned: “Woe to the one who lies to make people laugh.” Even small “jokes” are serious with ALLAH. SubhanAllah. The tongue is small, but it can either raise us in ranks or empty our Ramada...

Remain Focused* [[--- Part 11 ----]]

*Remain Focused* [[--- Part 11 ----]] ------------------ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم "The Prophet (pbuh) used to practice Itikaf every single year. Until he left this world." 📚 Hadith No. 2026, Sahih Bukhari Why? Because he knew something we keep forgetting. My People, The Last Ten Nights? They are not normal nights. They are not like the first twenty days. Something changes in the sky. Somewhere inside these dark nights is a night better than a thousand months. Do you understand what that means? Let me break it down: One thousand months = more than 83 years. 83 years of worship. If you pray on Laylatul Qadr, it is like you worshipped Allah (swt) for 83 years straight. Think about your life. How old are you? 20? 30? 40? 50 or more? One night can give you more good deeds than your entire life could ever earn. But here is the catch: You don't know which night it is. It is hidden. It moves. It could be the 21st night. Or the 23rd. Or the 25th. Or the 27th. Or the 29th. So how d...
