A. Introduction: There are many days set aside in non-Islamic societies to honour and appreciate special people; examples of these are Father's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day and Labour Day. In Islam, however, respecting, honouring and appreciating parents is not just for a single day of the year, but rather for each and every day. B. Parents in the Quran: A Muslim child should respect and appreciate his or her parents on a daily basis. Allah mentions that human beings must recognise their parents and that this is second only to the recognition of Allah Himself. Throughout the Quran, we notice that parents are mentioned with appreciation and respect, even if they are senile. In the Quran, there is a very beautiful description of how parents are to be treated; Allah Says (what means): "And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as] &#

Please note that No matter how overloaded a bus is, the driver's seat is always reserved. Who is the driver of your life? No matter how busy your schedules are...always remember to reserve a seat for the driver of your life and that's ALLAH not your husband, wife, father, mother etc but ALLAH so make your priority in life to please HIM and fear no one else in your efforts to Please ALLAH. Frankly and truthfully, ALMOST ALL OUR DIFFICULTIES are due to the fact that we've made someone or something else as our driver in life and human beings can only fail you if you make them your priority other than ALLAH. For most people, job, partner, parents, children etc are their drivers in life as such some even

_*Pure Islamic Education*_                          _First  Hadīth Of The Day_  حَدَّثَنَا  مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ،  عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ  النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَهُنَّ فِي غُسْلِ ابْنَتِهِ ‏"‏ ابْدَأْنَ بِمَيَامِنِهَا وَمَوَاضِعِ الْوُضُوءِ مِنْهَا ‏" ‏‏.‏  Narrated Um-`Atiya:                        That the Prophet (ﷺ) at the time of washing his deceased daughter had said to them, "Start from the right  side beginning with those parts which are washed in ablution." Prophet Nuh called out to his people to believe in one creator for over 900 years but only a few believed him. Nuh was still patient. Sometimes we call someone to the truth, or we want our friends, family members, children to stay on the right path. Suddenly we become angry and stopped calling them. How impatient is that... 😁 Prophet Nuh called for 900 years but had less than 200 followers. So when you call out to people be patient and pray for them. It is Allah who guides. Another important lesson. When Prophet Nuh was asked by Allah to build an Ark or ship 🛳. He was specifically told to build it on land not on the river bank. However the people of Nuh who disbelieved kept laughing at him and they said only a man carpenter can build such a massive ark on land. What happened next?
