بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Hafsah (r.a.) was the daughter of Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra). Became widow after the death of her husband. Her father (Umar ibn al-Khattab) felt sad when Abubakr and Uthman (ra) turned down his request to marry Hafsah.. Umar ibn al-Khattab rushed down to report them to the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. The Prophet smiled😊, and said, *"Hafsah will marry one better than Abubakr and Uthman"*

My People!

Every challenges of life can be a very hard nuts to crack and serve as disappointments, but in Islam, every disappointments is truly a blessing in disguise.

Servants of Allah!

You lost your spouse either through divorce or death, you lost your relationship which you think will result to marriage, you lost your job or something so dearest to you, etc etc.... All these happened for good reasons and will always be a blessing in disguise, BUT if (1) you believe sincerely in Allah (2) you did not stop making Du'a to Allah (3) you did not mix Du'a to Allah with patronizing fortune-tellers, (4) you are not impatient while waiting for the good things your life challenges will bring.

My People!

Supplication (Du'a) is the tool through which a believer fixes what is not working in life. Yes. To supplicate God is to stand at the door of His mercy and ask to be let in. It means knowing that Allah’s grace is available for His servants and those who ask for it receive it.. The door of Allah’s mercy is open for all but entry into it could be in different ways😳. Yes. It may not be in the exact way anticipated by the supplicant.

Evidence:

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) says: "Every Muslim who supplicates—unless it is for committing sins and severing kinship ties—is given by Allah one of these three things: (1) He grants his request; (2) He reserves it for him in the hereafter; or in lieu of it, (3) He repels calamity to befall him. 📚 Authentic

Now,

Disappointment in supplications (Du'a making) happens when we fail to realize the following:

1) Our actions can be barriers that prevent the mercy of Allah (swt) from reaching us. For this reason, it's advicable that: - We should be wary of Allah; reform our actions; purify our intentions; enjoin what is good; and forbid what is evil so that our supplications might be accepted.

2) The prayer may be answered but we don’t realize it as we are waiting for something miraculous to happen. Sometimes, what we get through common means in everyday life is actually an answer to our prayers.

We wake up healthy with virtually no much problems of life befalling ourselves or our family, is an inherent wish in us; this is constantly being fulfilled through Divine blessings. However, we don’t think about it or appreciate it as we take things for granted.

3) We cannot be disappointed if we consider Allah (swt) to be the Rabb (Lord, provider, cherisher, protector, guardian). There is no room for hopelessness if there is faith that Allah (swt) is always present and attentive to our needs.

Remember that one of the tactics of Shaytān is to make you lose hope in Allah subhānahu wata‘ālā.. So, don’t let negative thinking make you feel that your supplication (Du'a) will not be answered. Use this verse to motivate and inspire yourself. No difficulty in life, however much persistent, should cause you to be disappointed in Allah’s answer to your supplications

GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 28th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Tuesday 7th May 2024). *_GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD_*. Aameen.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (SallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being.* If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all these will be regarded as charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the compulsory congregational prayer is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/2891]. To show gratitude to ALLAH for keeping your body safe and sound, you should give in charity or do charitable deeds. Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: ALLAH'S Messenger (sallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one w

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will p
