*Continuation of episode seven:*

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

If you have not read the immediate previous episodes of this article, then, you have missed alot. Yes. The story of Prophet Ayyub (a.s) narrated in episode one & two of this article should serve as a booster to mankind. He was once very wealthy, but lost it all. He was once tested with worse sickness which nobody could bear to go close to him except his wife. He once lost all his children in a day. Subhannallah!... Yet, Prophet Ayyub did not allow shaytan to trick him lose his relationship with his creator (Allah - swt).

Now,

After passing all these test with distinction grades, what happened to Prophet Ayyub later?

*The Prophet Ayub (a.s) Recovers and Prospers:*

Allah (swt) turned to him with mercy.. After this he was restored to prosperity. The Prophet Ayub (peace be upon him) knelt and prayed expressing a deep sense of gratitude to Allah (swt). He never forgot His favours, mercy and love.

The Prophet Ayub (peace be upon him) was one of the celebrated Prophets. Yes. His example illustrates: that those who remain patient under the stress of all circumstances, are never deprived of high rewards. In Surah Al-Anbiya - 21:84, Allah (swt) say:

فَٱسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُۥ فَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِۦ مِن ضُرٍّۖ وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُ أَهْلَهُۥ وَمِثْلَهُم مَّعَهُمْ رَحْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا وَذِكْرَىٰ لِلْعَٰبِدِينَ

So We responded to him and removed what afflicted him of adversity. And We gave him [back] his family and the like thereof with them as mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers of Allah. 📚Al-Anbiya 21:84

Now,

Today, if we suffer one tribulation or the other and make Du'a for few days or weeks without green light, we loose patient and follow the whisper of shaytan by throwing our license as a Muslim into dustbin. Yes. Patronizing fortunetellers or so-called 419 mallams or Alfas, does not only provoke Allah (swt) but lead us to throwing our license as a Muslim into dustbin.

Did we remember that ,

When prophet Musa (a.s) asked Allah for a victory over pheeraoun, it takes over 40years before Allah (swt) destroyed pheeraoun.. Is this not a good lesson for us not loose hope in  Allah (swt)?

Servants of Allah!

This World is the test or examination centre where we are being examined but the result we will know later. Yes. This life is only one brief stage on its journey from Allah to Allah.. And Allah (swt) informs us repeatedly that our temporary life on this earth is merely a trial, a test, an examination period.

Furthermore,

It is wrong for us to say *‘let us enjoy the journey and forget about the destination’* - and If you find yourself in a train, you should not enjoy the beautiful scenes before first ask: *why am I here? Where is the destination?*

So,

We should ask ourselves this question several times - *‘what is the purpose of life?’*

Now,

Before we continue with doing justice to the above question, there is need to .......

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today?

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today? Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent.

Friday and it's dignity.

Friday and it's dignity. O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew. Friday is the best day of the week because it was the day Adam was created, the day he entered paradise and the day he was removed from paradise. it was also the day he died and the hour(qiyaamah) will not come except on this day. Sahih. It was narrated from Aws bin Aws that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever washes (ghassala) and performs ghusl, comes early to the masjid and sits near the imam and does not engage in idle talk, he will have for every step he takes (the reward of) a year's worth of good deeds, fasting it and...
