بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
The Prophet (pbuh) left Makkah to Madina. On their way, the swordsmen followed their tracks until they reached their hiding place (inside cave), but, seeing the web covering the cave, they went home, telling everyone that further pursuit was fruitless.
Abu Bakr (r.a) said: “I was with the Prophet in the Cave and when I raised my head I saw the feet of the people who are chasing to kill Prophet Muhammad and I.. I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, if any of them should look under his feet, he would see us.” The Prophet (pbuh) Said: "O Abu Bakr! What do you think of two persons the third of them is Allah?" The incident is described in the Al-Quran 📚At-Taubah 9:40
*Lessons:*
You will Always Find Allah where You Put Him in Your Life.
Allah (swt) say: "And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me — indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided 📚Qur’an - Al-Baqarah 2:186
Muslim Faithful!
If it always worked for countless people, then, it will surely do for you too. Yes. Having good expectations and hopes from your Lord is one of the best forms of relieving yourself of grief, anxiety, and stress.. For no one hopes for good from the Creator of the heavens and gets anything less than what he or she expects. And if you think the other way, then, your thoughts synchronize. That’s why we often tell people, *"you will always find Allah where you put Him in your life"*. Yes. So, here are some stories of someone shared which may inspire you:
"I needed someone to help me with some stuff that I could hardly achieve except with their help. I had gone a long way with them but you know what,,, they failed me at the last minute... I played all my part, but as Allah ordained, that good never came through them... One thing that kept me humble and motivated was how I cried to Allah (swt) in the middle of the night. I backed up my request with fasting, charity, and extreme trust that Allah (swt) is Able to do all things... I never lost hope, even until the very end... When everything seemed bleak as if I was doomed, then, Allah (swt) opened the door of His mercy — a better alternative to achieve my objective... The people, the process, the resources, boom! Everything started to click like a miracle. It was then that my heartfelt the tranquility of my dua’ being accepted by Allah (swt)... Not just the way I was thinking actually, for Allah knew the method I wanted earlier wasn’t good for me. Hence, He gave me another alternative which was best for me... Honestly, we just need to believe in the process with firm conviction. Yes. The challenge with many of us today is that, we want to be ‘Muslims by name, and not ‘Muslims by practice".📚Someone
*A meticulous way to understand how Du'a works:*
We often confuse dua’ – supplication to be a ‘tit for tat’ game😃. Yes. Like we ask Allah for something and we get it instantly. Nope! It doesn’t work like that *"always"*. Dua’ transforms a believer to have hope and think positively of Allah.
One of the biggest mistakes we make in our dua’ is restricting Allah. Allah’s provision is endless and nothing is impossible for Him to do. So, never limit the ability of Allah to provide a solution for you. Do not despair of Allah’s mercy and when you ask, ask without reservation. The key to acceptance of dua’ is *"hope"*, never lose hope in Allah.
Take to look,
Zakariyya got this inspiration from Mar’yam when he saw her with fresh fruits out of season. He (Zakarriyah) asked where did she get it from? She said: ‘Allah provided me with it’... This pushed him to ask Allah for a child even when he knew he was old and his wife was barren. And you know what, Allah gave it to him.
