بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

The conversion of the prophet's companion - Uthman (r.a.) to Islam led to a violent reaction. Even his mother, when she came to know of his conversion to Islam, she was very bitter, and exhorted Uthman to recant and return to the faith of his forefathers. Uthman (r.a) was warned that unless he recanted from his faith in Islam, he would have to suffer serious consequences. Uthman remained firm in his resolve. He told all concerned that he was prepared to face the consequences but he could not abandon Islam which was the way of Truth.

*Lessons:*

Sincere servants of Allah (swt) will never take U-Turn because of what people say;

Firstly,

Islam instructed men NOT to dress having their lower garment (trousers) draw down below the ankles. But we behave otherwise. Why? Because people will laugh at us or call us names... We must remember that:

1⃣ Al-Bukhaari reported that the Prophet (pbuh) said: *"Whatever of the izaar (lower garment) below the ankles is in the Hellfire."* 📚(al-Bukhaari, no. 5787)

2⃣ Ibn Umar said: “I passed by the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and my izaar had slipped down. He said, O Abdullah, pull up your izaar! so I pulled it up. He said, More! so I pulled it up more, and always made sure it was pulled up properly after that.” Some people asked, “To where did you pull it up?” He said, “To mid-calf length (that's above my ankles).” 📚(Reported by Muslim; al-Dhahabi, Kitaab al-Kabaair)

Secondly,

Islam instructed women to use Niqab (face-cover) especially if she is the pretty type. And whether pretty or ugly, Islam instructed women to dress out of their homes in CORRECT Islamic hijab (very long, thick & fashionless material). But we (women) instead behave otherwise. Why? Because we are afraid of what people say.

Now,

If we talk about women dressing out in a proper islamic hijjab, some amongst the users of short hijab and gelle/veil will say - "But this this this & that".. Below are some features of modern veil/gelle used by some muslim sisters today:

➡ 95% of it is short, see-through or transparent;

➡ 98% of it are beautified with materials and flowers;

➡ 80% of the users of veil/gelle use it to cover the shoulder down the abdomen, exposing the head, hair, ears, neck and all that happen from knee to ankle.. Sometimes the so-called gelle/veil sleeps-off and expose all essential expensive prizeless comodities

➡ Even those who claim that, they use long thick vail/gelle to cover their head-down using hook/pin to tie the vail/gelle from the neck region *can not guaranttee* covering the head and all the body round, down the ankle as the hijjab will do.. Am i not correct?

Now,

Pls make urself a fair chief judge in this case, how would material with the ABOVE features meet up with the requirement of islamic hijjab?

Muslim Faithful!

Allah (swt) commanded us not to follow the devils in human forms😃 who are discouraging us to obey HIM completely. This is evident in Surah 2:208,

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱدْخُلُوا۟ فِى ٱلسِّلْمِ كَآفَّةً وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ خُطُوَٰتِ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ

"O you who have believed, enter into IsLam completely [and perfectly] and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy." 📚Al-Baqarah 2:208

Muslim Faithful!

We are commanded to avoid all EVILS & DISOBEDIENCE and obey Allah (swt) and His Rasool (pbuh) even if the acts of disobedience sound attractive or impressive to us.

Evidence:

قُل لَّا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْخَبِيثُ وَٱلطَّيِّبُ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ كَثْرَةُ ٱلْخَبِيثِۚ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ يَٰٓأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

Say: `The evil, the unlawful, and the good, the lawful, are not equal, even though the abundance of the evil impressed you.' So fear Allah, O you of understanding, that you may be successful. 📚Al-Ma'idah 5:100
