[[------ Part Five ------]]--------------------------------
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Abu Bakr (ra) said: “I was with the Prophet in the Cave and when I raised my head I saw the feet of the people who are chasing to kill Prophet Muhammad and I.. I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, if any of them should look under his feet, he would see us.” The Prophet (pbuh) Said: "O Abu Bakr! What do you think of two persons the third of them is Allah?" The incident is described in the Al-Quran 📚At-Taubah 9:40
*Lessons:*
You will Always Find Allah where You Put Him in Your Life.
Allah (swt) say: "And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me — indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided 📚Qur’an - Al-Baqarah 2:186
Now,
*Continuation of the previous episodes as promised:*
There’s no dua’ you make that goes unanswered. Yes. The response might come in one of three ways vis-a-vis:
(1) You ask for something and Allah gives it to you immediately.
Recognize this as a blessing and be grateful to Him for it. This happened to Prophet Musa (a.s.) after helping the girls with their animals. He made dua’ to Allah and shortly after, the girls’ father rewarded him.
(2) You ask for something and Allah delays giving it to you.
At this point, you begin to turn to Allah (swt) in earnest and become dearer to Him. You become more focused in your worship, and not despair or lose hope. This happened to Prophet Yaqub (a.s.) the father of Prophet Yusuf (a.s.) when he lost his son and Prophet Yusuf himself when imprisoned.
Several Prophets of Allah asked for something through Du'a making and Allah (swt) answered their Du'a but delayed showing them the green light of their Du'a... eg, Prophet Musa (a. s.) made Du'a on having victory over Pharaoh, but it takes many years before it happened.
Today,
If we make Du'a to Allah (swt), we expect a response inform of - "Tit-for-tat" and if we didn't see green light quickly, we jump to throwing our membership card as a Muslim into dust-bin by patronizing fortunetellers, so-called 419 mallams or Alfas....etc
Haven't we see countless people who lose patient in Allah and patronize those satanic agents having their mission unaccomplished? Even when you follow satanic agents, you still have to wait for Allah's time.
(3) You ask for something and Allah withholds giving it to you.
This is because it’s bad for you and you don’t know. Yes. He (Allah) will give you something better in return in this world (sooner or later), or save something good for you in the hereafter. This was eminent from the life of our beloved prophet Muhammad PBUH.
How many times did we see brothers or sisters madly wish to have so so and so as husband or wife, and things turned down, but later, Allah (swt) gave them better choices that they live long to say Alhamdulillah? The same thing goes to if it's children or jobs or anything at all.
