ALLAH'S HELP IS SO NEAR

ALLAH'S HELP IS SO NEAR ............ In this modern world of technology, getting things we want has become very easy— too easy. We can get almost anything we want from any shop worldwide . We can order whatever food we want and it’s on our doorstep in twenty minutes. We can have unlimited free entertainment and a huge social network just sitting at home. The negative side of all this is that we have become too used to instant gratification in everything. This has reduced our attention span (a problem discussed widely in education systems), and we have become impatient. We carry this impatience forward to making dua– we want instant results, otherwise we lose hope.  *_But eliciting Allah’s help is not like ordering pizza online. We can’t demand from Allah if He doesn’t answer; everything in the universe belongs to Him. He is our Rabb— even we ourselves belong to Him. If our prayers are not getting answers, we should think maybe there is something wrong with our attitude and our way

﷽ ➖➖➖  *KNOW YOUR RELIGION* ➖➖➖  *Did You Know?* ➖➖➖  *EPISODE 1️⃣2️⃣: Stories of non-human living beings that loved the Prophet (ﷺ)* ➖➖➖  *Date Palm Tree* Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah (رضي الله عنه): The Prophet (ﷺ) used to stand by a tree or a date-palm on Friday. Then an Ansari woman or man said. *_“O Allaah’s Apostle! Shall we make a pulpit for you?”_* He replied, _*“If you wish.”*_ So they made a pulpit for him and when it was Friday, he proceeded towards the pulpit (for delivering the sermon). The date-palm cried like a child! The Prophet (ﷺ) descended (the pulpit) and embraced it while it continued moaning like a child being quietened. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, *_“It was crying for (missing) what it used to hear of religious knowledge given near to it.”_* Ibn Umar (رضي الله عنه) narrated: _The Prophet (ﷺ) used to deliver his sermons while standing beside a trunk of a datepalm. KNOW YOUR RELIGION

﷽ ➖➖➖  *KNOW YOUR RELIGION* ➖➖➖  *Did You Know?* ➖➖➖  *EPISODE 1️⃣1️⃣: The Assassination of Umar b. Al-Khattâb (رضي الله عنه)* ➖➖➖  *The Assassination of ‘Umar – Part 2 of 2* ➖➖➖ *As soon as he said Takbîr*, I heard him say, _*“The dog has killed or eaten me,”*_ when the murderer stabbed him. A non-Arab infidel came carrying a double-edged knife and stabbed everyone he passed by on the right and left, stabbing thirteen people out of whom seven died. When one of the Muslims saw that, he threw a cloak on him. Realizing that he had been captured, the non-Arab infidel killed himself. ‘Umar took the hand of ‘Abdur-Rahmân b. ‘Auf and let him lead the prayer. Those who were standing by the side of ‘Umar saw what I saw, but the people who were in the other parts of the Mosque did not see anything, but they lost the voice of ‘Umar and they were saying, _*“Subhân Allâh! Subhân Allâh!”*_ ‘Abdur-Rahmân b. ‘Auf led the people with a short prayer. When they finished the prayer, ‘Umar said, *_“O Ibn

THE BOOK OF DEEDS

﷽ ➖➖➖ *THE BOOK OF DEEDS* ➖➖➖ *Every act is recorded* ➖➖➖ *Watch on YouTube:* https://youtu.be/Bjf-NNVvvX4 ➖➖➖ Allah ﷻ says in Surah Infitar *وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحٰفِظِيْنَ* _Verily Over you are Keepers_ *كِرَامًۭا كَٰتِبِينَ* _Honoured scribes_ *يَعْلَمُوْنَ مَا تَفْعَلُوْنَ* _They know all of what you do_ [82:10-12] _ When we are alone we often forget the two Angels sitting upon our shoulders, who record every word, action, thought, desire, deed, good or bad. We forget the one who created the Angels who sit on our shoulders and who created us is watching us.  We forget this and Shaytaan comes and whispers and he makes our desire the only thing present in our minds.  _ But we must reflect on ourselves to avoid this, ask ourselves, which Angel do we feel has been writing more?  Because everything we do will be presented to Allah ﷻ on Qiyamah in the book of Deeds, and He will already know what is in them! _ As Allah ﷻ says in Surah Haqqah  *فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِىَ كِتَٰبَهُۥ بِيَمِينِهِ

(2) As-Sadaqah (deeds of charity in ALLAH'S Cause) extinguishes (removes) the sins as the water extinguishes the fire. (3) Standing in Salat (performing of prayers) by a person during the middle (or the last third) part of a night." Then Prophet (ﷺ) recited: "Their sides forsake their beds." (V.32:16) (Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi) (Tafsir Al-Qurtubi), Paradise becomes their final abode.  *_May ALLAH keep guiding us all and aid us to implement what we learn_*. Aameen.
