BismilLah.  Scholars of Islaam based on Quran, Sunnah and the consensus of all scholars have  said that: “Belief is a statement of the tongue, sincerity of the heart and actions of the limbs. It increases with the increase of good deeds and decreases due to decreases in good deeds. So it will increase and decrease due to that (one’s deeds). Faith is not complete by the statement of the tongue except with actions. Both statements of the tongue and actions are not complete except with intention (purely for ALLAH'S sake). Statement of the tongue, actions and intentions are not complete unless they are in accordance with the Quran and sunnah.” This is a simple formula but that's the foundation of good faith. BismilLah.  It was the practice of the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam to supplicate and pray to ALLAH to guide his enemies of Islam and to benefit them in the Hereafter. Islam teaches us to love for others what we love for ourselves. Each one of us wants to be guided and, therefore, we should ask ALLAH to guide others even if they are unbelievers, sinners, or oppressors. Islam is a beautiful religion and only teaches what's right.  We should supplicate for guidance and forgiveness for people in general. It is the essence of ALLAH to be forgiving and mericful, and the Angels roam the earth seeking forgiveness for everyone upon it. By expressing mercy and forgiveness in our supplications, we fulfill ALLAH’s plan for the creation. Most of the people regarded the Caliph as an Arab Sheikh on a higher scale amenable to the will of the people and even their idiocynracies. BismilLah.  ISLAM teaches us to be merciful to the entire creation, to Muslims and non-Muslims, to friends and enemies and even to the animals, trees, rocks etc. Mercy (Raḥmah) in Islam has a very wide meaning that includes kindness, compassion, love, tolerance, patience with people, and to treat others the way we would love to be treated. This Islamic value is at the core of the prophetic message and meaning of faith, just as it was in all of the revealed religions before Islam. Every Muslim needs to strive to be an agent of mercy on earth for all human beings and creatures. ALLAH says to the nearest meaning: وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ I have not sent you except as mercy to the worlds. Qur'an 21:107. It was also alleged that Uthman was weak and he did not exercise check on his Governors. In the accounts that have come down to us, only vague allegations have been made, and no hard and fast facts have been cited to establish what lapses did the Governors of Uthman make anti how Uthman failed to check them. It is made out that these Governors acted according to their own caprices, and did not carry out the orders of Uthman. _PAGE 2_ If the orders of Uthman were not obeyed, Uthman should have been the first person to complain against his Governor
