*A Message 4 You*
[[--- Part 27 ---]]------------------
بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم
Imagine the hottest day you have ever felt. Now imagine it is one thousand times hotter. The sun is so close it burns your skin. There is no shade. No water. No escape.
This is the Day of Judgment. Everyone who ever lived is there. You are there. Your family is there. You are standing in that crowd.
On that day, people will sweat from the fear and the heat. The more bad deeds a person did, the more they will sweat. It will be a day of great fear and pain.
But on this terrible day, Allah (swt) will offer His Shade. It is the only shade that exists. To be under it means you are safe. You are cool. You are at peace.
Who will get this shade?
The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “There are seven whom Allah will shade on a day when there is no shade but His. They are a just ruler, a youth who grew up in the worship of Allah, one whose heart is attached to the mosques, two who love each other for the sake of Allah, a man who is tempted by a beautiful woman of high status but he rejects her, saying , ‘I fear Allah,’ and one who spends in charity and hides it such that his right hand does not know what his left hand has given (that's nobody knows about it), and one who remembered Allah in private and he wept.” 📚Source: Sahih al-Bukhari 660, Sahih Muslim 1031
The fourth category of persons according to the above hadith is people who loved each other only for the sake of Allah.
This means:
A husband and wife who forgive each other easily.
Two brothers who stop fighting and make peace.
Two sisters who let go of old arguments.
Co-wives who lived like blood sisters, not like cats and rats always fighting.
Neighbors who are kind, not enemies.
These people are under Allah’s Shade.
So, ask yourself this scary question:
(1) On that Burning Day, when you are desperate for shade, will you be left outside?
(2) Will you be sweating in the heat because you refused to forgive your brother?
(3) Because you held a grudge against your sister?
(4) Because you were too proud to say sorry to your spouse?
Do not let a small problem today keep you from Allah’s Shade on that great tomorrow.
Forgive. Overlook. Let it go. Make peace. Do it not because the person deserves it, but because you want Allah’s love. You want His Shade.
Love each other for the sake of Allah (swt). It is your ticket to safety on the Day there is no safety.
O Allah, make our hearts clean. Join us in love for You. Save us under Your Shade on the Day of Great Heat. Ameen.
