Istighfaar for Parents

The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said:

*“When Allah elevates a pious man one level higher in Jannah, the man submits, ‘O Creator! How did I come to deserve this reward?’*

*Allah thereupon affirms, ‘This reward has been conferred upon you by virtue of your son’s asking for forgiveness on your behalf.’” [Tabarani]*

👉Do Istighfaar on behalf of your deceased parents, grandparents and great-grandparents.

Ask Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) to forgive them their sins and keep them in comfort and happiness.

_How many are the wishes they must have had for you and how many prayers and Duas must they have prayed for your well-being._

_We should be of those who appreciate and return favours._
