*AR-RAHĪQ AL-MAKHTOUM (The Pure Nectar). A Treaties On Prophet Muhammad's Biography.*

*Part 37*

*VARIOUS WAYS OF OPPOSING THE CALLING OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (Blessings and Peace be upon him) BY THE UNBELIEVERS*

*2. AROUSING DOUBTS AND DISSEMINATING FALSE INFORMATION  continues*

Polytheists moved to another suspicion. They  said: "The messengers of kings are accompanied by processions and servants and enjoy grandeur and maternal comforts. As for Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him), he goes to markets to earn his living through trade and claims that he is Allāh's Messenger." Allāh says:

Surah Al-Furqan, Verse 7-8:

And they say: "Why does this Messenger (Muhammad [Blessings and Peace be upon him]) eat food, and walk about in the markets (like ourselves). Why is not an angel sent down to him to be a warner with him?

"Or (why) has not a treasure been granted to him, or why has he not a garden whereof he may eat?" And the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.) say: "You follow none but a man bewitched (affected by magic)."

Allāh responded to their doubt by stating that Muhammad is Allāh's Messenger, that is, his mission is to covey the message of Allāh to the young, old, weak, strong, great, humble, free people and slaves. If he is immersed in material comforts and dissipation like the Messengers of kings, the weak and humble people, the majority of humans, will not be able to get access to him to benefit from him. In this case the desired interest of message will be valueless and it will have no significant benefit.

They nationally pulled out the possibility of resurrection that comes after death. They found it paranormal and impossible. They used to say:

Surah As-Saaffat, Verse 16-17:

"When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we (then) verily be resurrected?

"And also our forefathers?"

Surah Qaf, Verse 3:

"When we are dead and have become dust (shall we be resurrected?) That is a far return."

Surah Saba, Verse 7-8:

Those who disbelieve say: "Shall we direct you to a man (Muhammad [Blessings and Peace be upon him]) who will tell you (that) when you have become fully disintegrated into dust with full dispersion, then, you will be created (again) anew?"

Has he (Muhammad [Blessings and Peace be upon him]) invented a lie against Allah, or is there a madness in him? Nay, but those who disbelieve in the Hereafter are (themselves) in a torment, and in far error.

Allāh responded to their misconceptions by attracting their attention to what happens in this material world. The oppressor dies without receiving his punishment; the oppressed die without restoring their rights from the oppressors or retaliating them. Righteous and good people die without being rewarded for their good deeds in this life; transgressors and wicked people die without being punished for their wrong-doings; if there is no resurrection, life or reward after death, all people, good and bad, oppressors or oppressed, will be equal. Rather, transgressors and wrong-doers will be happier than the good and oppressed. But this is completely unreasonable. It is by no means unimaginable and impossible that Allāh bases the system of His creatures on such unsoundness and vainness. Allāh says:

Surah Al-Qalam, Verse 35-36:

Shall We then treat the (submitting) Muslims like the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists and disbelievers, etc.)?

What is the matter with you? How judge you?

Surah Sad, Verse 28:

Shall We treat those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, as Mufsidun (those who associate partners in worship with Allah and commit crimes) on earth? Or shall We treat the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), as the Fujjar (criminals, disbelievers, wicked, etc)?

Surah Al-Jathiya, Verse 21:

Or do those who earn evil deeds think that We shall hold them equal with those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, in their present life and after their death? Worst is the judgement that they make.

As for their rational exclusion of resurrection, Allāh responds to it by the following verses:

Surah An-Naziat, Verse 27:

Are you more difficult to create, or is the heaven that He constructed?

He also clarifies that revival (bringing life to the dead) is easier for Him. Allāh says:

Surah Al-Ahqaf, Verse 33:

Do they not see that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and was not wearied by their creation, is Able to give life to the dead? Yes, He surely is Able to do all things.

Surah Al-Waqia, Verse 62:

And indeed, you have already known the first form of creation (i.e. the creation of Adam), why then do you not remember or take heed?

Surah Ar-Room, Verse 27:

And He it is Who originates the creation, then will repeat it (after it has been perished), and this is easier for Him. His is the highest description (i.e. none has the right to be worshipped but He, and there is nothing comparable unto Him) in the heavens and in the earth. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

Surah Al-Anbiya, Verse 104:

And (remember) the Day when We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books, as We began the first creation, We shall repeat it, (it is) a promise binding upon Us. Truly, We shall do it.

Surah Qaf, Verse 15:

Were We then tired with the first creation? Nay,m They are in confused doubt about a new creation (i.e. Resurrection)?

Thus the Qur-ān responded to their allegations and doubts conclusively and irrefutably. But they were troublemakers, arrogant and opinionated. They tried to impose their views on other people insisting on their transgression and and wickedness.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

*BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
