The air we breathe affects our health and as such we should be mindful of it to stay healthy . Oxygen which we breathe purifies the blood in the body . We do not have to change our blood like how motor vehicles change engine oils to keep the engine strong and active occasionally. It is the pure air that we inhale that does the continuous purification of the blood. It is because of the importance of the air we breathe that we need to inhale only pure air and keep the air passages free from any foreign objects that can reduce the amount and the quality of air we breathe. What compromises our air include dust , engine fumes, and various forms of smoke . We should make all efforts to breathe in only clean and safe air to stay healthy .
