 WHAT GOES INTO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE? 

The most important aspect of a healthy living is what goes into the body as food, drinks and medicines.  This happens many times each day. If our food and water is not good for the body the reactions will be felt after a few weeks . Most wrong foods react immediately if they contain active poisons that the stomach cannot control or overcome . Other  poisons  accumulate gradually until it affects the functioning of some organs.  We need to know the effect of any food or drink that we consume. Drugs, no matter  what positive effects it has on the body suppresses the immune system by over burdening organs like the liver and the kidneys in particular.  Before we eat any food or drink beside clean water we should be certain of its effects on the body . Self medication and  drug abuse do not help us . Know that your food is your medicine . It either improves your health or weakens  it .

Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?"  DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart. Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:88-89.  We learn from these verses that our success in the Hereafter depends upon the purification of our hearts in this life.
