BismilLah.  ALLAH says in the holy QUR'AN 2:264. يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُبۡطِلُواْ صَدَقَٰتِكُم بِٱلۡمَنِّ وَٱلۡأَذَىٰ  O you who believe! Do not render in vain your Sadaqah (charity) by reminders of your generosity or by injury,  ALLAH then says, كَالَّذِي يُنفِقُ مَالَهُ رِيَاء النَّاسِ like him who spends his wealth to be seen of men, meaning, "Do not nullify your acts of charity by following them with reminders and harm, just like the charity of those who give it to show off to people." The boasting person pretends to give away charity for ALLAH'S sake, but in reality seeks to gain people's praise and the reputation of being kind or generous, or other material gains of this life. BismilLah.  ALLAH says in Qur'an 66:8; يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ امَنُوا تُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ تَوْبَةً نَّصُوحًا O you who believe! Turn to ALLAH with sincere repentance! meaning, a true, firm repentance that erases the evil sins that preceded it and mend the shortcoming of the repenting person, encouraging and directing him to quit the evil that he used to do. Prophet ﷺ said "The believing man and woman will continue to be afflicted in respect to themselves, their children, their property, until they meet Allah without sins" [Sunan At-Tirmidhi 2399, Grade: Sahih] So be patient, oh people of affliction!  *REMEMBRANCE OF ALLAAH* How Rewarding can it be? Many are those things considered too minimal for a great reward. We pay less attention or No attention to it in most cases despite its glaring state and the obvious reminder in the Book of Allaah, the Qur'an! How rewarding could the remembrance of Allaah be? THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Ahad. 12th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Sunday 21st April 2024). *_DO NOT IGNORE FASTING FROM TOMORROW MONDAY TO THURSDAY_*. BismilLah.  Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam encouraged us to fast every 13th, 14th and 15th of each Islamic calendar which start on Monday so if you've not started your debts of Ramadhan or the 6t Shaw'waal then there is no better days to fast than from tomorrow Monday to Thursday so please make up your mind and intend not to miss these golden reward days of Shaw'waal.  If you've completed your 6t Shaw'waal then let's start the sunnah fastings. These 4 golden days from Monday does not appear very often so let's not miss this opportunity to earn more and get us closer to ALLAH. *_May ALLAH accept it from us all_*. Aameen.

 THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm As-Sabt. 11th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Saturday 20th April 2024). *_QUR'AN AS A GUIDE TO MANKIND_*. BismilLah.  ALLAH did not create us and left us to find our own ways of life. ALLAH created mankind with guidance to follow towards returning to HIM successfully. We must study the guidance as a matter of urgency. It's not an option, but it's compulsory for anyone of us to study the guidance which is the Qur'an and Sunnah from an authentic source of knowledge else we could be deviated from the guidance and end us into the trap of Shaitan into the hell fire.  Some of the many examples in the Quran can be obtained from Qur'an 3:100-104. Please find time to study these 4 verses carefully from any authentic tafseer book, such as the reliable 10 volume ibn kathir books published by DarusSalaam.  Qur'an 3 Verse 100 guides us against following misguided  religious beliefs such as those who claim to be following Issah alaihi salaam....

 THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Jumuat. 10th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Friday 19th April 2024). *_THE IMPORTANCE of HALAAL SUSTENANCE_*. BismilLah.  There is no doubt that one of the obligations upon the Muslim is that he/she earns for him/herself and his family a pure and halal sustenance. Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said: "O People! ALLAH is al-Tayyib (Pure), and HE only accepts that which is pure! ALLAH has commanded the believers what HE has commanded the Messengers, for HE said, 'O Messengers! Eat from the pure foods, and do right,' and HE said, 'O you who believe! Eat from the pure and good foods ALLAH has given you.'" Then the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) mentioned a traveller on a long journey, who is dishevelled and dusty, and he stretches forth his hands to the sky, saying, "O my Lord! O my Lord!" - while his food is unlawful, his drink is unlawful, his clothing is unlawful, and he ...

 *Major Dutifulness* [[--- Episode Two ---]] -------------------------------- بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Service to parents is better than jihad *(using sword and got killed in the process)* for the sake of Allah the Almighty😳. Yes. This shows how important dutifulness to parents is.. This is confirmed in several hadiths which demonstrate the *priority* of this duty over all other considerations. (1) Abdullah ibn Amr (r.a.) said: “A man came to the Prophet (PBUH) and asked his permission to take part in jihad. The Prophet asked him, ‘Are your parents alive?’ ‘Yes, they are,’ he replied. The Prophet told him, ‘Then exert yourself in their service *(meaning - go and take care of them)* ’”📚 (al-Bukhari). (2) Abdullah ibn Masud (r.a.) asked the Prophet (PBUH): “What is next to piety?” The Prophet replied, *‘To be good and dutiful to your parents.’* He then asked, ‘What is next?’ The Prophet replied, ‘To participate in jihad in Allah’s cause’ ” 📚 (al-Bukhari).  *Major Dutifulness* [[--- Episode One ---]] -------------------------------- بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم The gravity of sins of not been dutiful to one's parents is so much that,, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: “Three acts will render one’s deeds *useless* ; 1⃣ associating others with Allah, 2⃣ *Uquq (not been dutiful) towards parents* and 3⃣ fleeing or running away) from the battle.” 📚 Authentic Hadith My people! Parents are a blessing from Allah, the Exalted, but their presence is often *taken for granted* and their rights, neglected especially when they grow old and become dependent on their children. Yes. This is the time you will see children talking harshly and rudely to parents and showing discomfort on their requests. Islam teaches obedience and kindness to parents, fulfilling their right, preserving their honour and warns against neglecting the rights of parents.  THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 9th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Thursday 18th April 2024). *_STAYING STEADFAST AFTER RAMADHAAN_*. Bismillah. Been Muslims of the creator not for Ramadhaan means we must continuously be in the state of obedience to ALLAH'S, firm upon His rules, steadfast upon His Deen, so that we are not of those who worship ALLAH only during one month or only in one place. Rather, the believer knows that the Lord of Ramadhan is also the Lord of other months, and that HE is the Lord of all times and places, so we must be steadfast upon the rules of the creator until we meets HIM while HE is pleased with us.  If standing in prayer at night during Ramadhan has ended, then there remains voluntary night prayer throughout the year.  THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 8th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 17th April 2024). *_RULINGS ON OBSERVING THE THIRD, FORTIETH DAY AFTER THE DEATH OF A RELATIVE_*. BismilLah. Our Scholars based on Quran and Sunnah have stated that offering dua or prayers for the deceased after his burial is Sunnah, because of the report narrated by Abu Dawood (3221) from the hadeeth of ‘Uthmaan ibn ‘Affaan (may ALLAH be pleased with him) who said: When the Prophet (blessings and peace of ALLAH be upon him) had finished burying a deceased person, he would stand over him and say: “Pray for forgiveness for your brother, and ask that he be made steadfast, for he is being questioned now.”  Offering dua’ for the deceased Muslims in general, and for close relatives in particular, is also prescribed in general terms at any time, without specifying any particular time meaning we should make dua for our dead relatives and Muslims all the time but not a funeral as the kuffar does.  ...

 *Most Precious Gift* [[---Final Episode---]] -------------------------------- بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم It is incorrect to believe that one has been humiliated by being granted a girl; rather it is an honour, a bounty and a gate towards Paradise. How many girls have been far more merciful and beneficial to their parents than their brothers? How many times has a son been a source of grief for his parents, to the point that they wished he was never born? It is enough of an honour for girls that the Prophets, may Allah exalt their mention, had daughters and that most of the children of our beloved Prophet  were daughters, namely: Zaynab, Ruqayyah, Umm Kalthoom and Fatimah. Therefore, Children are no doubt a great gift from Almighty Allah to all parents.. And parents must think of their children as such treasures that all the wealth and material resources are worthless as when compared to one’s children.. Yes.. This is an indication that, a child is child irrespective of whether is a boy or a girl. Yes. If you visit any maternity hospital in a Muslim community, and look around at the faces of those to whom daughters have been born, listening to what they say and seeing how they are, you will see a strange similarity between many of these people and the people of the Jaahiliyyah, of whom Allaah says: وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِٱلْأُنثَىٰ ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُۥ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِي...

 *Why Allah did this!* -------------------------------- بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم If Allah (swt) did not program it in such a way that Prophet Adam & his wife (A.S) will be sent down to this earth 🌎, all of us will be born and brought up inside Jannah (Paradise). In fact, by now, everybody (human beings) will be an occupant of Paradise. The main issue is this, Paradise is of different levels, and if Allah (swt) gathered us all one day and said as from today *"Mr A and Mrs B, your apartment inside paradise will be a 1-bedroom small flat, while Mr C and Mrs D will occupy a Mansion which is as big as an estate or Presidential Villa in your country"*, all of us will say why Allah (swt) have unequally treat some of us above others.  *Have You Started?* -------------------------------- بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Some people have started their sitta-,shawwal (a day after Eidil Fitr). Some people will start tomorrow - In Shaa Allah. When will you start yours? I'm advising that you start your 6days fast in this month (sitta-shawwal) immediately before your body system get used to eating & drinking during the day. Yes. This will make the fasting easier for you. Besides, people who say - *"I will start next week, I will start next two weeks, I will fast sitta-shawwal when shawwal remain one week to end"* - did not have guarantee that they will end the month, and this is how shaytan will be tricking you and before you know it, the month of shawwal have ended without you fasting sitta-shawwal..  The sign that our fasting in the month of Ramadan is accepted? Alhamdulillah, one of the signs to know that Allah has a accepted our fast is when we see that the sins we use to commit, we have abandon them or avoid majority of them. Allah says in Qur'an, O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed upon you as it was prescribed to those before thee that ye may learn God -fearing( Taqwa). Surah 2;183 The messenger of Allah pbuh was once sitting among his companions and was heard murmuring saying Amin three times. So they asked asked him why he was saying Amin three times. The messenger of Allah pbuh said, jibril a.s came to me and made Dua and said to me to say Amin and I said it. The first supplication was, May Allah put the nose of anyone in hellfire who find his parents alive and does not become dutiful to them so as to enter hellfire. So I said Amin. The second was that, May Allah put the nose of anyone who does not send you salawat when your name is mentioned. I said 'Amin'...

 Prohibition of talking in the masjid while the imam delivers the khutbah. Alhamdulillah,.lets remind and reflect upon this Hadith and know that it is haraam to talk while the imam delivers the khutbah. As reported in Hadith, Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA):: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Whoever speaks on Friday while the Imam is giving the Khutbah (religious talk), he is like a donkey which carries books; and he whotells him to be quiet has no Jumu'ah." [Reported by Ahmad with an acceptable chain of narrators]. Bulugh ul mahram Book 2, Hadith 374. So if one talks while imam delivers the khutbah has make lagaw meaning has made the Friday prayer to dhuhr. This is what imam hanbali rahimullah said

 Zakat ul fitr and the importance of giving it out. Alhamdulillah, Zakat-ul-Fitr means the charity for breaking the fast. It is obligatory to give out before one goes to the Eid prayer. The head of the family can give it out in the name of the other members of the father. So for every member of the family, the quantity of rice or maize to be given is 3.7 kg. That is Mudd and 4mudd is equal to one sa'a. Zakat-ul-fitr is not to be given money but rather food. As the time of rasulullaah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam, the Zakatul Fitr is given in the form of food not money. As reported in Hadith, Narrated Ibn `Umar: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) made it incumbent on all the slave or free Muslims, male or female, to pay one Sa' of dates or barley as Zakat-ul-Fitr.  The prohibition of a woman to perfume herself going to masjid? Alhamdulillah, lets look at one prohibition that is taken lightly today among women which is putting perfume  As reported from the Hadith, Abu Huraira said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever (woman) fumigates herself with perfume should not join us in the 'Isha' prayer. Sahih Muslim 444  The reason for this prohibition is that q woman is not like a man and made beautiful. If she wears perfume and goes out, she will draws the attention of men and create something in their heart. So a woman who perfume is not to come to the masjid but stay at home and pray. A woman is to stay at home and pray if she perfumes herself and if she comes out and pray will have sins if with perfume. In another Hadith, It was narrated that Al-Ash'ari said: The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Any woman who puts on perfume then passes by people so that they can smell her fragrance then she is an adulteress.'" *The 27th day of Ramadan.* *Speak good or remain silent* It is of high significance that if we cannot contribute and help with anything, we should just remain silent. And this can be traced back to the sunnah of the prophet ﷺ.  Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, *"He who believes in Allah and the Last Day must either speak good or remain silent."* Often, we add up to the burden of other people because we cannot govern our mouth. We add up to the problem because we cannot discipline our tongue. We add up to the chaos because we couldn't hold our words. BismilLah.  So valuable is this Night of Qadr that the Quran devotes a special surah to it “Lailatul Qadr is better than a thousand months” [97:3] This one night surpasses the value of 1,000s nights. The most authentic account of the occurrence of the Night indicates that it can occur on any one of the last ten, odd numbered nights of Ramadhan.  We should strive to stay up at least some hours before fajir set in these last few days left because if we pray on these nights then surely we would have caught this most powerful night if not gone already and this would mean we would have a reward of 83 YEARS OF WORSHIP and our sins forgiven! Many of us tend to give our maximum efforts on only the odd nights especially on the 27th night of Ramadhan, and from the 28th they relax and some may not do any act of worship believing LaylatulQadar had come and gone. That's a huge error of judgement. It may be tonight or tomorrow night so don’t relax please.  The Prophet sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam said: “I came out to tell you when Laylat al-Qadr was, and So and so and So and so were arguing, so it [the knowledge of when Laylat al-Qadr was] was taken away from me. In summary, Zakaat is one of the five pillars of islam. It is an obligation from ALLAH upon every Muslim who possesses the minimum amount of wealth given certain conditions. This is not Zakaatul Fitir or Eidul Fitir, which we reminded each other for the past two days.  The type of wealth upon which zakat is obligatory are monetary assets, livestock, agricultural produce, merchandise. I will focus on monetary. Gold, silver, and currency. Zakaat [obligatory charity] must be paid on gold if it reaches the Nisaab [i.e. the minimum amount liable for Zakaah], which is 20 Mithqaal [a measure which equals 85 grams of pure gold, 1 Mithqaal = 4.25 grams], this means that one should pay ½ a Mithqaal as Zakaat, i.e., 2.5% of the value of gold. The main purpose of Zakah al-Fitr is to provide those who fasted with the means of making up for their errors during the month of fasting. Zakah al-Fitr also provides the poor with a means with which they can celebrate the festival of breaking the fast (`Eid al-Fitr) along with the rest of the Muslims. Ibn Abbas reported, "The Prophet (peace be upon him) made Zakah al-Fitr compulsory so that those who fasted may be purified of their idle deeds and shameful talk (committed during Ramadhan) and so that the poor may be fed.
