ALL WE NEED TO KNOW AND PREPARE FOR EIDUL FITIR

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawmul Ahad. 28th day of Ramadhan, 1445AH (Sunday 7th April 2024).

*_ALL WE NEED TO KNOW AND PREPARE FOR EIDUL FITIR_*. BismilLaah.

EIDUL-FITR is celebrated on the first day of Shaw'waal, at the completion of RAMADHAN, which may be Tuesday or Wednesday subject to moon sighting in Shaa ALLAH. The Eid-al-Fitr is a very joyous day; it is a true Thanksgiving Day for the believing men and women. On this day we Muslims show our real joy for the health, strength and the opportunities of life, which ALLAH has given to us to fulfill our obligation of fasting and other good deeds during the blessed month of Ramadan. Zakaatul fitir that we offer to the poor to enable them enjoy like us is to also mend any errors we made during our 29/30 days Fasting.

Sunnahs of Eid day. Wake up early.

Prepare for personal cleanliness, take care of details of clothing, etc. Take a Ghusl (spiritual bath) after Fajr. Brush your teeth. Dress up, putting on best clothes available, whether new or cleaned old ones. Use perfume (men only). Have breakfast on Eid-al-Fitr before leaving for prayer ground. Pay your Zakaat-al-Fitr before Salaat-al-Eid, meaning you should offer it up to the early morning of eid day before going for Eid else after Eid salaat, it's not considered zakaatul fitir. Go to prayer ground early. Offer Salaat-al-Eid in congregation in an open place except when weather is not permitting like rain etc. Use two separate route to and from the prayer ground. No sunnah salaat on the ground of eid. Recite the following Takbir on the way to Salaat and until the beginning of Salaat-al-Eid:

Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar.. Laa ila-ha ill-lal-lah. Allahu-Akbar, Allahu-Akbar. Wa-lilahill hamd.

(ALLAH is great, ALLAH is great. There is none worthy of worship except ALLAH. ALLAH is great, ALLAH is great. And all praises are for ALLAH). To be continued tomorrow on how to offer the eid Salaat in shaa ALLAH. *_May ALLAH accept our ibaadaat (acts of worship) and forgive our shortcomings_*. Aameen.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

Person, Munkar and Nakir As reported in hadith, It was narrated form Al Bara bin Azib that the Prophet said: Allah will keep firm those who believe, with the world that stands firm in this world, and in the Hereafter. Mas’ud) told that when the evening came, the prophet (May peace be upon him) would say: we have come to the evening, and in the evening the dominion belongs to Allah: “Praise b...

As Time passes

╔✽̤̥̈̊‎ As Time passes ✽̤̈̊╗ Abdullah bin Mas’ud & said: “Indeed I hate to see a man idle, neither working for this world nor for the Hereafter.”  Hasan Basri sé said: “O son of Adam, indeed you are only but a number of days.
