 ﷽ ➖➖➖ *THE POWER OF QUR'AN* ➖➖➖ *Is your heart sealed?* ➖➖➖ Allah ﷻ says in Surah Hashr *لَوۡ أَنزَلۡنَا هَـٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلࣲ لَّرَأَیۡتَهُۥ خَـٰشِعࣰا مُّتَصَدِّعࣰا مِّنۡ خَشۡیَةِ ٱللَّهِۚ* _Had We sent down this Quran upon a mountain, you would have certainly seen it humbled and torn apart in awe of Allah.._ [59:21] If this is the case with a mountain which is hard and huge, that if it was made able to comprehend and understand this Qur'an, will feel humble and crumble from fear of Allah ﷻ Then what about you *O mankind?* Why do your hearts not feel softness and humbleness from the fear of Allah ﷻ, not even attempting to understand or comprehend the Kalam of Allah ﷻ even though you have the ability to do so!  *وَتِلۡكَ ٱلۡأَمۡثَـٰلُ نَضۡرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ یَتَفَكَّرُونَ* _We set forth such comparisons for people, ˹so˺ perhaps they may reflect._ [59:21] In another Ayah, Allah ﷻ asks *أَفَلَا یَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ أَمۡ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقۡفَالُهَاۤ

BismilLah.  The Holy Messenger for Mankind Muhammad(sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) is reported to have said: "Any action of importance not begun with basmalah(BismilLahir Rahmaanir Raheem) is devoid of blessing and therefore incomplete." The basmalah begins the Surah al-Fatihah and therefore opens the whole Quran.  The Almighty describes HIMSELF by means of HIS Attributes. The Attributes of ALLAH are a means of us becoming knowledgeable about HIM. ALLAH , in this respect, does not only introduce the Quran but HE also introduces HIMSELF. The basmalah is an invocation of the Divine Being by HIS supreme Name (ALLAH), followed by two of HIS most beautiful names (Al-Rahman and Al-Rahim), which are in fact two of His principal Divine attributes, The Most Merciful to all HIS creation and especially Merciful

Islam  generally commands the husband to treat his wife honourably at all times. Allaah  Ta’aala saysin Surah Nisaa’: "Live with them in kindness (treat them well). If you dislike (anything in) them then (be tolerant because) it may be that you dislike something whereas Allaah places abundant goodness in it" (Qur'an 4:19) Allaah is teaching husbands in this verse that they should not be hasty in passing judgement regarding their wives. They should  patience and what they find disturbing to them today might turn out to be a boon for them later in life. Neither would we like to be thrown into a similar condition as a result of our misdeeds nor would we like that for our own children or family members. It is important that we thank the Almighty for whatever He has blessed us with & ask that those who are in such conditions be granted goodness too. At times we forget to teach our children to be helpful to the disabled & treat them with a special kindness instead of staring at them as though they were aliens.
