Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 76:

And when they (Jews) meet those who believe (Muslims), they say, "We believe", but when they meet one another in private, they say, "Shall you (Jews) tell them (Muslims) what Allah has revealed to you [Jews, about the description and the qualities of Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him, that which are written in the Taurat (Torah)], that they (Muslims) may argue with you (Jews) about it before your Lord?" Have you (Jews) then no understanding?

Those who died yesterday had plans for this morning. And those who died this morning had plans for tonight. Don't take life for granted. In the blink of an eye anything can change. Forgive often and love with all your heart. You may never know when you may not have that chance again. May the Almighty Allah (s.w.t.) forgive Us and Guide us on to the right path.

May Allah answer our positive prayers.👏🏻

 *_OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR FAMILIES_*.

We all know the important role our parents play in our lives as Muslims particularly our mother. Our mothers go through pains and sufferings during pregnancy and go through sleepless nights. It becomes worse during labour. There is nothing on earth that you can do as a child to repay your mum for that even if you carry her on foot to hajj, you've done nothing in reciprocating her pains and sufferings. Our parents as a team provided for all our needs as infants. They may have made lots of errors or mistakes in our upbringing but we cannot just ignore the pains of pregnancy and Labour.

Our indebtedness to our parents is so immense that it is not possible to repay it fully. In lieu of this, it becomes obligatory for us to show the utmost kindness, respect, and obedience to our parents. The position of parents, and the mutual obligations and responsibilities, have been addressed in Islam in great detail. The Qur'anic commandments, as well as the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) guide us in this matter. The parent-child code of behaviour in Islam is unique, since rules were laid down by divine command.

References to parents have been made at least 15 times in the Holy Qur'an. There are numerous traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) on this subject. I will in Shaa ALLAH quote some of these narrations in the 2nd Reminder but before that, let's renew our relationship with our parents as Ramadan approaches. Don't allow Ramadan to start and you still have issues with your parents to resolve. Accept guilty regardless of what they've done as a strategy to reunite with your parents. You loose nothing if you tell them you are sorry and you are guilty to create unity. You shouldn't expect your parents to say this to you instead. Pride and Arrogance is worse source of failure in life.

I will first quote some of the Qur'anic verses about our parents.
ALLAH says;
"And We (WE is not plural in the Qur'an but ALLAH speaking in Authoritative manner, which English has no proper word to translate from the Arabic word used aside WE) have enjoined on man (to be good) to his parents. In travail upon travail did his mother bear him, and in two years was his weaning. Show gratitude to ME (If we was plural, he Allah will use US here not ME isn't it) and to your parents; to ME is your final goal." (Quran 31:14).

According to the above verse, gratitude to ALLAH/ GOD and to parents go hand in hand. Gratitude to ALLAH is incomplete without showing gratitude to one's parents. Since being grateful to ALLAH is a form of ibadah (worship) which earns heavenly rewards, it can therefore be said that being grateful to one's parents also earns heavenly rewards.

"Your Lord has decreed that you worship none but HIM, and that you be KIND to PARENTS. Whether one or more attain old age in their life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of HONOUR. And out of KINDNESS, lower to them the wing of HUMILITY, and say, "my Lord! bestow on them Them Mercy, even as they cherished me in childhood." (Quran 17: 23-24). This is more than enough to cover my topic today isn't it? But wait for the 3rd Reminder, more to come from ALLAH and HIS Messenger to know how crucial it is to ensure your parents are your best mates on earth to be kind to.

Regardless of how bad our relatives are especially our parents, children etc. We must not break ties with them. ALLAH forbids us to break family ties. No matter how hard it might seem to keep familial relationships going, it's very important that we try our best to maintain them. Shaitan loves it when we break our ties so let's not please the shaitan.

Watch your words. Just as our bodies are accountable on us, our words are also accountable. We have to protect our speech as best as we can. Most of the hard/ difficult life today in every Muslim community today is due to the curses by our own parents especially our mothers due to lack of Islamic knowledge and fear of ALLAH. With little issues, we only utter curses on our children.

No backbiting for it is like eating the flesh of a dead brother! No creating fitnah or tarnishing another person's character. No lying. No making fun of people or even ourselves with name calling or nicknames that are ill in nature. Protect our expressions before we hurt someone with it. Even a sneer or the lifting of our eyebrows is a taunt to someone else. Avoid expressing jealousy. Only Allah knows what's best for each of us and not everything everyone else has is good for us. Protect our eeman by not being arrogant about the level of our eeman for there is always someone better! Watch what we write, read, say! We must always remember that the smallest slight can weigh very heavily on the Day of Judgement! We must always be careful of what we say to the people we are interacting with. Even with young people, we must be careful not to hurt them with our words. *_May Allah keep guiding us all_*. Aameen.
[3/11, 4:18 AM] +234 803 801 4834: THE AWRAH IS NOT NEGOTIABLE

I know of a brother who lives in an area where i used to live before, he's got a jinn problem and according to his Raaqi, they are female jinns actually. He is a bachelor and a very handsome youth.

Whenever he takes his siesta or sleeps at night, they would definitely come to him to meet with him, they don't even spare him in any of his sleep, even if its just a 5 minutes brief nap, one of them would have quickly taken advantage of him. He always wakes up to find himself wet and junub amidst sweat even if the weather is very cold. At a point, he became tired of sleeping but it was unavoidable. Most of his boxers kept disappearing mysteriously, and they swore they'd rather die with him than leave him.

According to them, they claimed to have possessed him when he once took his bath at night under a tree behind their house stark naked while they were on that tree. Alhamdulilah presently his condition has improved and he now sleeps peacefully, though they still disturb him once in a blue moon.

The lesson here is that the injunction to conceal the Awrah should not be taken for granted for indeed, the eyes of jinn are more preying than the eyes of men. Many women only cover themselves when men are there but they dont take concealment serious when men are not there. A large number of Hijabites and Niqabites still step out of their doorsteps and move around the compound without Hijab simply because the house is fenced or the gate is locked. The injunction of hijab is not because of the eyes of men alone but also because of the eyes of jinns, you should even be more wary of jinns than men, because if a man want's to have you unlawfully, he will have to woo you first or at most rape you, but if a jinn wants to do the same, he will just go ahead without any barrier stopping him. A little carelessness within just one second can cost you years of endless battle with them, or even an entire lifetime. May Allah protect us.

Allah says:
He sees you, he (shaitan) and his tribe, from where you see them not.... (Quran 7 vs 27)

May Allàah protect us from male and female Jinns. Aameen
 Jahannam (Part 17)

 Pictures of Their Punishments (Continued)

1⃣1⃣ Their sorrow, regret and supplications

When the Kuffaar see Hell, they will be filled with intense regret, at a time when regret will be of no avail:

"... they would declare [their] repentance when they see the penalty but the judgement between them will be with justice, and no wrong will be done unto them." (10:54)

When the Kuffaar looks at the record of his deeds, and sees his kufr and shirk, for which he deserves eternal Hell, he will pray for oblivion and death:

" But he who is given his Record behind his back, soon will he cry for perdition, and he will enter a blazing Fire" . (84:10-12)

They will repeat their prayer for oblivion when they are thrown into the Fire and its heat touches them:

" And when they are cast, bound together, into a constricted place therein, they will plead for destruction there and then! This Day plead not for a single destruction: plead for destruction oft-repeated" . (25:13-14)

Their screams will grow louder and more desperate and they will call on their Rabb, hoping that He (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala) will take them out of the Fire:

" Therein will they cry aloud [for assistance]: "Our Rabb! Bring us out, we shall work righteousness, not the [deeds] we used to do." (35:37)

At that time, they will come to realise the error and foolishness of their kufr:

" They will further say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence we would not [now] be among the companions of the blazing Fire". (67:10)

" They will say, "Our Rabb! Twice have You made us without life and twice have you given us life! Now we have recognised our sins: Is there any way out [of this]?" (40:11)

But their prayer will be harshly refused:

" They will say, "Our Rabb! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became a people astray. Our Rabb! Bring us out of this; if ever we return [to evil] then shall we be wrongdoers indeed!" He [Allah] will say, "Be driven into it with ignominy! And speak not to Me!" (23:106-108)

The promise will come true, and they will reach a destination where no prayer will benefit them and there will be no hope:

" If only you could see when the guilty ones will bend low their heads before their Rabb [saying], "Our Rabb! We have seen and we have heard; now then send us back [to the world], we will work righteousness for we do indeed [now] believe". If We had so willed, surely We could certainly have brought every soul its true guidance, but the Word from Me will come true: I will fill Hell with jinns and men all together. Taste you then - for you forgot the Meeting of this Day of yours, and We too will forget you - taste the penalty of eternity for your [evil] deeds! " (32:12-14)

After that the people of Hell will call upon the keepers of Hell: " Pray to your Rabb to lighten us the penalty for a day [at least]! They will say, "Did there not come to you your Messengers with clear signs?" They will say, "Yes". They will reply, "Then pray [as you like]! But the prayer of those without faith is nothing but [futile wandering] in [mazes of] error". (40:49-50)

Then they will ask for intercession so that their Rabb might annihilate them:

" And they will cry, "O Malik [Guard of Hell]! Would that your Rabb put an end to us". He will say, "Nay, but you shall abide" " (43:77)

Everything they ask for will be refused. There will be no coming out of the Fire, no reduction in the torment, and no oblivion. Rather it is ongoing, eternal punishment, and at that time they will be told:

"... and whether you are patient of it, or impatient of it, it is all the same. You are only being requited for what you used to do. " (52:16)

Then their wailing will increase, and they will weep for a long time:

" Let them laugh a little: much will they weep: a recompense for the [evil] that they do" . (9:82)

Those evildoers lost their own souls and their families when they preferred kufr to eemaan. Listen to the wailing and cries when they are punished:

" The Day when their faces will be turned upside down in the Fire, they will say, "Woe to us! Would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger!" And they would say, "Our Rabb, verily we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the (right) Path. Our Rabb, give them double penalty and curse them with a very great curse!" (33:66-68)

"And keep reminding, because reminding benefits the believers."(51:55)

GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 28th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Tuesday 7th May 2024). *_GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD_*. Aameen.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (SallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being.* If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all these will be regarded as charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the compulsory congregational prayer is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/2891]. To show gratitude to ALLAH for keeping your body safe and sound, you should give in charity or do charitable deeds. NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will p
