                                _Quote of the Day_

"‪‪‪Things that are impermanent will never give you true satisfaction the only thing that will satisfy you in life is what’s permanent and the only thing that is permanent is Allah and this is why no matter what you’re going after in Dunya it’s all an illusion that you’re pursuing if you’re not pursuing Allah to be in state of knowing your Lord because with that come happiness and contentment."

Have a blessed & wonderful day. 👏🏻

*Jannah (Part 15)*

The Delights of the People of Paradise: The Gatherings and Conversations of the People of Paradise

The people of Paradise will visit one another, in delightful gatherings where they will remember their lives in this world and how Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala) has blessed them by admitting them to Paradise. Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala) described the gatherings of the people of Paradise:

" And We shall remove from their breasts any lurking sense of injury, [they will be like] brothers, [joyfully] facing each other on thrones [of dignity]." [15:47]

Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala) has also described some of the kinds of conversation that will take place in their gatherings:

" And some of them draw near to others, questioning, saying, "Aforetime we were afraid with our families [of the punishment of Allah], but Allah has been gracious to us, and has saved us from the torment of the Fire. Verily, we used to invoke Him [Alone and none else] before. Verily He is Al-Barr, the All-Merciful. " [52:25-28]

The Wishes of the People of Paradise

Some of the People of Paradise will wish for things that will be fulfilled in the strangest ways, unlike anything that happens in this world. The Messenger (Salallaahu Alaihi Wasalaam) told of some of these and how they will be fulfilled.

Abu Hurayrah said that the Prophet (Salallaahu Alaihi Wasalaam) was speaking and a bedouin man was present. The Prophet (Salallaahu Alaihi Wasalaam) said: " *A man from the people of Paradise will ask his Rabb for permission to grow things. Allah will ask him, "Do you not have what you want?" He will say, "Of course, but I love to grow things." So he will sow the seeds and in the blinking of an eye the plant will grow and its fruit will ripen and become like mountains. Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala) will say, "Here it is. O son of Aadam nothing satisfies you!" The Bedouin said, "By Allah! you wont find him except he is from Quraysh or the Ansaar for these are the people that love to grow things. As for us, we don't grow anything!" The Messenger of Allah (Salallaahu Alaihi Wasalaam) laughed." [Mishkaat al-Masaabeeh, 3/95, no. 5653]

"And keep reminding, because reminding benefits the believers."(51:55)

*LIKE TWO WINGS OF A BIRD*

Balancing between fear and hope.

A slave should remain between fear and hope. For, the right and the approved kind of fear is that which acts as a barrier between the slave and the things forbidden by Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'ala. But, if fear is excessive, then the possibility is that the man will fall into despair and pessimism.

On the other hand the approved state of optimism is of a man who does good in the light of the Shari'ah and is hopeful of being rewarded for it. Or, conversely, if a man committed a sin, he repents sincerely, and is hopeful of being forgiven. Allah (subhaanahu wa ta'ala) said: { Verily, those who believed, and those who migrated and fought in the way of Allah, it is they who are hopeful of Allah's mercy. And Allah is very Forgiving, very Merciful.} (Al-Baqarah, 218)

In contrast, if a man indulges in sins and excesses, but is hopeful that he would be forgiven without doing anything good, then, this is self-deception, mere illusion and false hope.

Abu 'All Rowzbari has said,

" Fear and hope are like the two wings of a bird. If they are well balanced, the flight will be well balanced. But, If one is stunted, the flight would also be stunted. And, to be sure, if the two are lost, the bird will soon be in the throes of death."

Allah Subhaanahu Wata'ala has praised the people of hope and fear in the following verse:

{ Is one who worships devotedly during the night, prostrating himself or standing, fearing the Hereafter, and hoping for the mercy of his Lord (is equal to him who doesn't do these things)? } (Al Zumar, 9)

Hope then also demands fear.  If that was not the case, one would be in a state of false security.  Conversely, fear demands hope. Without that it would be despair.

[27/03 6:07 am] +234 803 801 4834: *What did sudden death teach me?*

Sudden death has taught me:

To devote myself and my deeds to Allah and not to care about people's satisfaction.

Sudden death has taught me:

That I should pray my Prayers at its time, because I do not know if that Prayer might be the last one or not.

Sudden death has taught me:

That death is not only a path which we will all pass, but it is having an appointment time, even if you are righteous person.

Sudden death has taught me:

That what I need to buy today I may not need it tomorrow, but what I need to read from the Qur'an today, I will be in need of it tomorrow. So I need to put the Qur'an in front of everything.

Sudden death has taught me:

That I can hope to reach Ramadhan, the season of obedience, forgiveness and repentance, so as I can repent on those days. But I might never reach it. So I should repent today and ask forgiveness today, and when the season of forgiveness comes, my Reward will increase and if I do not reach that season, I would have taken precaution.

Sudden death has taught me:

That I will not take anything with me except the Shroud. So congratulations to the one who spend his time in obeying Allah, and lightening his Grave with the Qur'an. Because doing a good deed certainly comes back to you in a good way.

Sudden death has taught me:

That the whole world with all that is in it, is really what Allah Says in the Qur'an: {Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children}        And nothing more but that.

Sudden death has taught me:

That who lived on something will die on it. Let us commit ourselves in obeying Allah, so as it would be the last thing we do before departing this world.

Sudden death has taught me:

To be ready to die at any time. To always Repent and return people's rights, and to do more good deeds for my Akhera.

Please pass it on,  it might awaken someone who did not have this knowledge.

GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 28th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Tuesday 7th May 2024). *_GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD_*. Aameen.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (SallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being.* If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all these will be regarded as charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the compulsory congregational prayer is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/2891]. To show gratitude to ALLAH for keeping your body safe and sound, you should give in charity or do charitable deeds. Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: ALLAH'S Messenger (sallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one w

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will p
