The spring of Zamzam was miraculously brought forth in Makkah near Masjid al-Ḥarām by the Command of Allāh through an angel who struck the ground with his wing. Bismillah  The day after Eid al-Adha is called the 11th of Dhul-Hijjah, and it is the first of the Days of Tashrīq (Ayyām at-Tashrīq). These are the 11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah. The Prophet ﷺ said: “The days of Tashrīq are days of eating, drinking, and remembering Allah.” — Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim During these days, Muslims are encouraged to: Continue saying the Takbīr: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illa Allah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa lillahil-hamd. Remember Allah frequently. Eat from the Udhiyah/Qurbani meat. Pilgrims continue the rites of Hajj, especially stoning the Jamarāt. The birth of Ismā'īl (‘Alayhi Salām) filled their hearts with immense joy and gratitude to Allāh for such a noble blessing. Yet, while they rejoiced, they had no idea that a great test was approaching—one that would require Prophet Ibrāhīm (‘Alayhi Salām) to make a painful decision concerning his beloved family.
