 ﷽ *Du'ā Of The Day (18)* #ARABIC_TEXT َللّٰھُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُکَ خَیْرَھٰذَا الْیَوْمِ فَتْحَہٗ وَنَصْرَہٗ وَنُوْرَہٗ وَبَرَکَتَہٗ وَھُدَاہُ - #TRANSLITERATION Allāhumma innī as’aluka khayra hādhal-yawmi fathahū wa nasrahū wa nūrahū wa barakatahū wa hudāh.  #TRANSLATION O Allah, I beseech You for the good of this day; its victory, its success, its light, its blessing, and its guidance.

 ﷽ *30 Tips for a Guilt-Free Ramadān!* *DAY 18* *Are You Like The Old Man In Salah?* Two years ago, I prayed Taraweeh next to a very old man. I noticed that he struggled to get up or stand on his feet (he was shaking from weakness), but he stood up for the entire Isha and Taraweeh prayers. Someone might have told him to sit down and relax, but you could tell from his determination at every rak’ah that he wanted to stand up for Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala during Ramadan and didn't want to sit down. The old man reminded me that sometimes the measure of how much you love someone is how much effort  you're willing to put in for them. If we truly love Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, shouldn't all of us put that extra bit of effort for Him?  Think of one area or one activity where you show Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala that you're putting that extra bit of effort for Him. It could be waking up for Tahajjud or praying those extra sunnah prayers or going out to feed  people.

THE PRAYER* Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 153: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ O you who believe! Seek help in patience and As-Salat (the prayer). Truly! Allah is with As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.).  ﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا  أَصْبَغُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ،  قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ زُهْرَةَ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ  عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ـ وَكَانَ قَدْ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله  عليه وسلم ـ وَذَهَبَتْ بِهِ أُمُّهُ زَيْنَبُ بِنْتُ حُمَيْدٍ إِلَى  رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ  بَايِعْهُ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ هُوَ صَغِيرٌ ‏" ‏‏.‏  فَمَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ وَدَعَا لَهُ‏.‏ وَعَنْ زُهْرَةَ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ،  أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَخْرُجُ بِهِ جَدُّهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هِشَامٍ إِلَى  السُّوقِ فَيَشْتَرِي الطَّعَامَ فَيَلْقَاهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَابْنُ  الزُّبَيْرِ ـ رضى الله عنهم ـ فَيَقُولاَنِ لَهُ أَشْرِكْنَا، فَإِنَّ  النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَدْ دَعَا لَكَ بِالْبَرَكَةِ  فَيَشْرَكُهُمْ، فَرُبَّمَا أَصَابَ الرَّاحِلَةَ كَمَا هِيَ، فَيَبْعَثُ  بِهَا إِلَى الْمَنْزِلِ‏.‏  Narrated `Abdullah bin Hisham:      ...

 *Surah At-Taubah, Verse 15:* وَيُذْهِبْ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَيَتُوبُ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ And remove the anger of their (believers') hearts. Allah accepts the repentance of whom He wills. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. #COMMENTARY When the victory comes and the wounds are healed, a great peace comes to the hearts of those who have suffered, striven, and struggled.  Assalamualaikum 💔💔💃🕺💔💔  A LITTLE FIRE THAT DESTROYED THE ENTIRE FAMILY.🔥🔥😤😤😤🦇 It all started on Monday night. I noticed a sad countenance on my husband. All efforts to know what was actually  bothering his mind ended in vain. Our family has been a very happy family. In fact, other families in the neighbourhood are praying to be like us because of love and trust in our marriage.  I asked him if I should give him a cup of water, but my husband rather shouted, “Aisha! who is Mr Salim” I was like... what's going on, and I explained. Aisha: Honey, I have told you over and over again that Mr Salim was my ex-man before I met you, when I have not had d full understanding of d deen.  Please, Honey, I am saying nothing but the truth. With all my clear explanation, he didn't believe me. He called me all sorts of names. Is it hypocrite, liar,  pretender,  prostitute? But I didn't say a word. I knew that a single word would scatter the whole thing....

 ﷽ *Du'ā Of The Day (17)* #ARABIC_TEXT رَبِّ أَسْأَلُکَ خَیْرَ مَافِیْ ھٰذَا الْیَوْمِ وَخَیْرَ مابَعْدَہٗ #TRANSLITERATION Rabbi as’aluka khayra mā fī hādhal-yawmi wa khayra mā ba’dah. #TRANSLATION O Lord, I beg You for the good of this day and the good of what will come after it.

 ﷽ ➖➖➖ *ETIQUETTES WHEN BREAKING THE FAST* ➖➖➖ *The Prophet way of Breaking Fast* ➖➖➖   One of the greatest joys for the fasting Muslim is when the time comes for breaking the fast, as he is hopeful of his reward with Allaah (ﷻ), and that his body can finally relieve itself of the day-long hunger.  In a hadith Qudsi, the Prophet (ﷺ) said: _*"...The one who fasts has two (occasions) of joy: one is when he breaks the fast, he is glad about the breaking of (the fast), and (the other) is when he meets his Lord he is glad about his fast."*_ [Sahih Muslim, 2567] _ However, as Muslims who already have the best role model in Rasulullah (ﷺ) to learn from, we should break our fast with the best etiquettes, which are the sunnah of our Nabiy (ﷺ).  Among the known sunnah of the Prophet (ﷺ) regarding the breaking of fast are; 1️⃣ *Avoid Delaying Breaking the Fast.* It is not from the best manner that one should deliberately delay breaking of the fast, the Prophet (ﷺ) said:  *...

In every house there is mourning and upon every cheek run tears. How many tribulations and how many people persevere with patience? You are not alone in your troubles, which are few compared to those of others. How many sick people remain bedridden for years while suffering from unspeakable pain? How many have not seen the light of the sun for years due to their imprisonment, having knowledge of nothing but the four corners of their cell? How many men and women have lost their dear children in the prime of youth? How many people are troubled or tormented? Find consolation with those that are worse off than you, know that this life is like a prison for the believer, an abode of grief and sadness. ﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا  عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ يَعْنِي  ابْنَ الأَسْوَدِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ،  قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْمِنْهَالِ عَنِ الصَّرْفِ، يَدًا بِيَدٍ فَقَالَ  اشْتَرَيْتُ أَنَا وَشَرِيكٌ، لِي شَيْئًا يَدًا بِيَدٍ وَنَسِيئَةً،  فَجَاءَنَا الْبَرَاءُ بْنُ عَازِبٍ فَسَأَلْنَاهُ، فَقَالَ فَعَلْتُ أَنَا  وَشَرِيكِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ، وَسَأَلْنَا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه  وسلم عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ مَا كَانَ يَدًا بِيَدٍ فَخُذُوهُ، وَمَا كَانَ نَسِيئَةً فَذَرُوهُ ‏" ‏‏.‏  Narrated Sulaiman bin Abu Muslim:                         I asked Abu Minhal about money exchange from hand to hand. *Surah At-Taubah, Verse 13:* أَلَا تُقَاتِلُونَ قَوْمًا نَّكَثُوا أَيْمَانَهُمْ وَهَمُّوا بِإِخْرَاجِ الرَّسُولِ وَهُم بَدَءُوكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ أَتَخْشَوْنَهُمْ فَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَوْهُ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ Will you not fight a people who have violated their oaths (pagans of Makkah) and intended to expel the Messenger, while they did attack you first? ﷽ *Du'ā Of The Day (16)* #ARABIC_TEXT اَللّٰھُمَّ أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِيْ فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِيْ - وَأَذْھِبْ غَیْظَ قَلْبِيْ وَأَجِرْنِيْ مِنْ مُّضِلَّاتِ الْفِتَنِ مَا أَحْیَیْتَنَا #TRANSLITERATION Allāhumma ahsanta khalqī fa ahsin khuluqī .Wa adh-hib ghyza qalbī wa ajirnī mim mudillātil-fitani mā ahyaytanā. #TRANSLATION  O Allah, You have given me a good physique; favour me with good morals and manners as well. Extinguish the anger in my heart and, as long as You keep me alive, save me from such trying situations that can lead me astray.

 ﷽ *30 Tips for a Guilt-Free Ramadān!* *DAY 16* *Success Only Comes From Allah* On this very day, over 1400 years ago, the great battle of Badr took place. We all know its story and how Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala granted victory to Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) on that  day. But what lessons can we learn from this battle that is relevant to our productivity? Here’s one: After the battle was won, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala revealed the following verse: “And Allah has already made you victorious at Badr, when you were a weak little force. So fear Allah much that you may be grateful” (Surat Aal-Imran; 3:123). This was a reminder to the Muslims that any success or victory is from Allah and Allah alone. They shouldn’t be arrogant and forget the source of their success. Almighty ALLĀH has willed for this world to be filled with two opposites: good and evil, righteousness and corruption, happiness and misery. Thus goodness, uprightness, and happiness are for Paradise; evil, corruption, and misery are for the Fire. The Prophet (Blessings and Peace of ALLĀH be upon him) said: "This world is cursed along with all that is in it, except for those: the remembrance of ALLĀH, what follows it (i.e good deeds and whatever ALLĀH loves), the Scholar and the student."  ﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ  بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَامِرِيُّ الأُوَيْسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ  بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ،  أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ وَقَالَ اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي  يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ  أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى ‏{‏وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ‏}‏  إِلَى ‏{‏وَرُبَاعَ‏}‏‏.‏ فَقَالَتْ يَا ابْنَ أُخْتِي هِيَ الْيَتِيمَةُ  تَكُونُ فِي حَجْرِ وَلِيِّهَا تُشَارِكُهُ فِي مَالِهِ، فَيُعْجِبُهُ  مَالُهَا وَجَمَالُهَا، فَيُرِيدُ وَلِيُّهَا أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا بِغَيْرِ  أَنْ يُقْسِطَ فِي صَدَاقِهَا، فَيُعْطِيهَا مِثْلَ مَا يُعْطِيهَا  غَيْرُهُ، فَنُهُوا أَنْ يَنْكِحُوهُنَّ إِلاَّ أَنْ يُقْسِطُوا لَهُنَّ  وَيَبْلُغُوا بِهِنَّ أَعْلَى سُنَّتِهِنَّ مِنَ الصَّدَاقِ، وَأُمِرُوا  أَنْ يَنْكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَهُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ سِوَاهُنَّ‏.‏ قَالَ...

 *Surah At-Taubah, Verse 11:* فَإِن تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَنُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ But if they repent, perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat, then they are your brethren in religion. (In this way) We explain the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for a people who know. #COMMENTARY The chance of repentance and mercy to the worst enemies is again emphasised, in order that people with any understand may not be misled into thinking that war was an easy or light matter.  DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum ar-ba'a 16th day of Ramadhaan (Wednesday 28th April 2021). *_ZAKAAK ON AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS_*. BismilLah. Zakaat is obligatory on all grains and all produce that are measured by dry volume and stored. Example are dates and raisins. The nisaab is three hundred saa (300) or approximately 624 Kilograms. Different varieties of the same produce, such as dates will be weighed together to reach the nisaab.  What is obligatory Concerning Grains and Produce (1) One tenth (al-ushr) of the produce is to be given from the produce of land that is naturally irrigated,such as by rain water only (2) One twentieth is to be given from the produce of the land that is irrigated by man-engineered means, such as by water from canals (and so forth) (3) Three quater of one tenth is to be given if the produce was partially irrigated naturally and partially irrigated by man-engineered means There is no zakat on vegetable and fruit but if they are for the purpose of trade...
