The Nullifiers of Islam.

The Nullifiers of Islam. Alhamdulillah, let's remind ourselves and look at the things that nullify our Islam. First is shirk which is to associate partners with Allah SWT. Then followed by Magic as Allāh says, Al-Baqarah 2:102 And they followed [instead] what the devils had recited during the reign of Solomon. It was not Solomon who disbelieved, but the devils disbelieved, teaching people magic and that which was revealed to the two angels at Babylon, Hārūt and Mārūt. But they [i.e., the two angels] do not teach anyone unless they say, "We are a trial, so do not disbelieve [by practicing magic]."[1] And [yet] they learn from them that by which they cause separation between a man and his wife. But they do not harm anyone through it except by permission of Allāh. And they [i.e., people] learn what harms them and does not benefit them. But they [i.e., the Children of Israel] certainly knew that whoever purchased it [i.e., magic] would not have in the Hereafter any share. An...

BismilLah Let's continue with our studies of suurah Al-Bayyinah. I begin in the name of ALLAH Azzawajal, The Most Gracious, The most Merciful.  7. Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds, they are the best of creation. Note: True honor is not lineage, wealth, or claims, but faith paired with action. 8. Their reward with their Lord is Gardens of Eternity beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein forever. ALLAH is pleased with them, and they are pleased with HIM. That is for the one who fears his Lord. NOTE:...

SHE WAS JEALOUS OF KHADĪJAH

FAJR REMINDER: SHE WAS JEALOUS OF KHADĪJAH  By: Umm Affān Sha'bān 12, 1447 (31-January-2026) Over time, the love that Ā’ishah (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha) and the Prophet (ﷺ) shared deepened significantly, to the extent that it became widely recognized among the companions that she was his beloved. The companions would often wait to present their gifts until he was in her room. Similarly, Ā’ishah (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha) was always open about her feelings for the Prophet (ﷺ). She frequently inquired about his emotions towards her. Despite the Prophet’s (ﷺ) reassurances, Ā’ishah (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha) still experienced jealousy, particularly concerning the other wives and Khadījah (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha). Ā’ishah (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha) expressed: “I didn’t feel as jealous of any of the Prophet’s wives as I did with Khadījah, although [she had died] I never saw her. The Prophet (ﷺ) used to mention her very often, and whenever he slaughtered a sheep, he would divide it and send parts to Khadījah’s frie...

Pick Your Calls* [[--Episode 4--]]

In the time of Abu Bakr (r.a), in a small area of Madeenah, there lived a blind elderly woman who had no one to help her and attend to her needs. When Umar ibn Al Khattab (r.a) came to know of this, he became very uneasy and decided to take it upon himself to attend to her need. The next day Umar (r.a) went in secrecy, but when he reached, he was surprised to find someone had already been and had l already attended to the needs of this blind woman. When this happened for a few days, Umar (r.a) became very frustrated at someone surpassing him in this golden opportunity to serve a person in need. He was curious too and so hid in one corner the next day. Umar (r.a) did not have to wait long as soon a man entered. When Umar (r.a) looked closely, it was non-other than the Caliph of the time, Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (r.a). My People, Ramadan is coming. A month of peace, Du'a, and getting close to Allah (swt). The fasting of Ramadhan and the dignity of that month .

The fasting of Ramadhan and the dignity of that month . Alhamdulillah, just some few weeks left for the blessed month of Ramadhan, it is the month of Al Qur'an. The month of Ramaḍān [is that] in which was revealed the Qur’ān, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the crescent of] the month,[1] let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allāh intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Al...

Preparation towards THE month of Ramadhan.

Preparation towards THE month of Ramadhan. Alhamdulillah, Ramadhan is the great month in Islam. It is the month of Al Quran. Allah says, Al-Baqarah 2:185 The month of Ramaḍān [is that] in which was revealed the Qur’ān, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the crescent of] the month,[1] let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allāh intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allāh for that [to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful. The word Ramadhan came from Ramadi meaning heat or intense. Due to the intense weather during this time, the Arabs used to name the month Ramadhan. It is the month of Al Quran which was sent as a guidance to the whole of humanity. And it is obligatory upon every Muslim at home to fast during this month when the moon of Ramadan is sighted  Allah says, Whosoev...

TAFSEER OF SUURAH AL- BAYYINAH (Qur’an 98), WITH CONTEXT, COMMENTARY, MEANINGS, and PRACTICAL LESSONS WE CAN APPLY IN OUR DAILY LIFE

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-khamis, 10th day of Sha’abaan, 1447AH, Thursday, 29th January, 2026. *_TAFSEER OF SUURAH AL- BAYYINAH (Qur’an 98), WITH CONTEXT, COMMENTARY, MEANINGS, and PRACTICAL LESSONS WE CAN APPLY IN OUR DAILY LIFE_*. BismilLah.  This suurah is about the coming of clear truth through the Prophet ﷺ, the response of people to it, and the ultimate outcome for believers and disbelievers. The suurah was revealed in Madinah, addressing: Ahl al-Kitāb (Jews and Christians at that time) and also the Mushrikūn (polytheists). Many among them claimed they were waiting for clear proof from ALLAH Azzawajal before accepting the truth. ALLAH Azzawajal declares in this suurah that the clear proof has already come in the form of: The Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ. The Qur’an, containing pure, upright teachings, Yet, despite clarity, people differed not because of ignorance, but due to pride, stubbornness, and worldly interests.  Let's study this suurah.

ONLY BELIEVE IN ALLĀH!

FAJR REMINDER: ONLY BELIEVE IN ALLĀH!  By: Umm Affān Sha'bān 10, 1447 (29-January-2026) Let's discuss a Ḥadīth. Zayd Ibn Khālid Al-Juhanī (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) reported: “The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) led us in the morning prayer at Al-Hudaybiyah after it had rained during the night. When he concluded, he turned to the people and asked: ‘Do you know what your Lord says?’ They responded, ‘Allāh and His Messenger know best.’ He said: ‘[Allāh says] This morning, one of My slaves became a believer in Me, and one a disbeliever.’ The one who said, ‘We have been given rain by the Virtue of Allāh and His Mercy,’ is a believer in Me and a disbeliever in the stars. However, the one who said, ‘We have been given rain by such-and-such a star,’ is a disbeliever in Me and a believer in the stars.” [Ṣaḥiḥ al-Bukhārī 846] Before the coming of the Prophet (ﷺ), pre-Islāmic Arabs believed that the movement of stars caused rain. This belief persists in some societies today, especially among astrolo...

Pick Your Calls* [[--Episode 3--]]

Brothers and sisters. Ramadan is coming. Yes. May Allah (swt) chose you to see another Ramadan🙏. This is a huge gift. But this year, will it be just another month? Or will it change your life forever? Think about this: Only Allah knows how many Muslims will break their fast with an empty stomach this year. While we sit with our families and enjoy, a brother or sister will have nothing. This thought should break our hearts. Many of us just JUMP into Ramadan. We are not ready. And because we are not ready, we JUMP out of Ramadan the same way—empty. We get tired, we get hungry, but our hearts don’t change. We gain nothing. This must stop. This year should be different. My People, The secret is not inside Ramadan. The secret is before Ramadan. Yes. And the best way to get ready is to open your hands. Give. Give from what you love. Give before Ramadan even starts. Why? Did you remember the story of Abu Nasr...

PRACTICAL LESSONS FOR OUR DAILY LIFE FROM SUURAH AZ- ZALZALAH (Qur’an 99)

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Arba'a, 9th day of Sha’abaan, 1447AH, Wednesday, 28th January, 2026. *_PRACTICAL LESSONS FOR OUR DAILY LIFE FROM SUURAH AZ- ZALZALAH (Qur’an 99)_*. BismilLah.  Let's conclude our studies of suurah Az-Zalzalah with some practical Lessons as follows; 1. Never Underestimate Small Good Deeds. A small act done sincerely can be heavy on the scale such as Saying SubḥānAllāh. Helping someone quietly. Removing harm from the road. ➡️ Let's do good consistently, even if it seems small. 2. Be Careful of Small Sins. People often say: “It’s just a little sin.” But ALLAH Azzawajal says even an atom’s weight will be seen. ➡️ Let's guard our tongue, eyes, and intentions. 3. Let's live With Awareness of Accountability. Wherever you are: At home, At work, Alone etc. Remember: The earth is watching by ALLAH’S command. 4. Let's Prepare for the Day We Will Stand Alone, No family. No friends. Only you and your deeds. ➡️ Let's ask ourselves daily: “Wou...

HAVING A GOOD END

FAJR REMINDER: HAVING A GOOD END By: Umm Affān Sha'bān 9, 1447 (28-January-2026) Is the end truly significant? Absolutely! A person has a good end when they pass away with faith, engage in virtuous actions, avoid actions that displease their Lord, and seek forgiveness for their sins. Anas Ibn Mālik (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “When Allāh wills good for His slave, He uses him.” They inquired, “How does He use him?” He responded, “He guides him to do good deeds before he dies.” [Sunan At-Tirmidhī 2142] In another report, the Prophet (ﷺ) stated: “When Allāh wills good for His slave, He sweetens him.” Upon being asked, “What is this sweetening?” He (ﷺ) explained, “Allāh guides him to do righteous deeds before he dies, then He takes (his soul) whilst in that state.” [Musnad Aḥmad 17784] It amazes me how some individuals are overly confident, acting as if they are guaranteed to die in a state of faith. In reality, the noblest of mankind, Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ...
