Strength of faith and religion in general will also prevent the jinn from harming a person, so much so that if they were to fight, the one who has faith would win. Abd-Allaah ibn Masood (may Allāh be pleased with him) said: A man from among the Companions of Muhammad met a man from among the jinn. They wrestled, and the human knocked down the jinn. The human said to him, You look small and skinny to me, and your forearms look like the front paws of a dog. Do all the jinn look like this, or only you? He said, No, by Allāh, among them I am strong, but let us wrestle again, and if you defeat me I will teach you something that will do you good.

The human said, Fine. He said, Recite, Allāh! None has the right to be worshipped but He, the Ever-living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists [Aayat al-Kursi al-Baqarah 2:255].
The human said, Fine. He said, You will never recite this in your house but Satan will come out of it like a donkey breaking wind, and he will never come back in until the next morning. (Reported by al-Daarimi, 3247).

*THE JINN POSSESSION*
It is possible for jinn to possess humans. Allāh says in His Book:
“Those who eat riba [usury] will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by satan leading him to insanity.” [2:275]
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allāh have mercy on him) said:
The fact that a jinn may enter the body of a human is proven by the consensus of the imams.

Allāh says:
“Those who eat riba [usury] will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by shaytan leading him to insanity.” [2:275]
… and in al-Saheeh it is narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) that “The Satan flows through the son of Adam like blood.” End quote. Majmoo’ al-Fatawa.

Possession is a kind of sickness. If a person who has this sickness is rational, then he has the choice and he will be brought to account for his words and actions. But if this sickness has overwhelmed him to the point that he has lost his mind and free will, then he is like one who is insane and is not accountable. But if he commits an act of aggression against another when he is insane and destroys his property, for example, then he must pay compensation for that.

It says in al-Mawsoo’ah al-Fiqhiyyah: The fuqaha (jurists) are unanimously agreed that insanity is like unconsciousness and sleep, rather it is more severe in the loss of free will, and it makes whatever he says invalid. For the one who is sleeping, all his verbal statements, such as divorce, becoming Muslim, turning apostate, selling, buying, etc, are invalid. So it is more appropriate that such statements be invalid in the case of insanity, because the insane person has no power of reasoning or discernment.
They quoted as evidence for this the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him): “The Pen has been raised from three: the sleeper until he awakens, the child until he reaches maturity and the insane person until he comes back to his senses.” Narrated by the authors of Sunan with a saheeh isnaad (authentic chain of narration).

*HAVING SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH JINN*
Allah Ta'alah in his endless creation indeed created the Jinn and mankind to coexist together as we have learned from Surah Anaam verse 130 *"O assembly of jinns and mankind! Did there not come to you Messengers from amongst you, reciting unto you My Verses?"* and so many other verses e.g. [al-Araaf 7:27], [al-Hijr 15:27], [al-Rahmaan 55:15], [Jinn 72].

Despite coexisting together, Allah ta'alah has set boundaries between mankind and Jinn; so that each one of them lives separately in their dwellings. However, at times, the disbelievers or even wrongdoers among the Jinn do cross the path of human beings causing harm or fear in them. Which is why I want to talk about one aspect which is sexual relationship between Jinns and Mankind. However, it might sound untrue and unreal, because the jinn are invisible to mankind, so how can they engage in such? Well, it is true, and it is happening.

Personal interview with victims showed that truly some women had sexual intercourse with a Jinn once or many times in their lifetime. I have personally taken the interviews and, I had befriended a victim. The following encounters were narratives directly from the victims:
▫️. Someone unknown came in their dream (His face is not seen), at first they tried to fight back, but eventually, he overpowered them.
▫️. The intercourse is the best they ever had, and when they wake up, they feel like doing it again and again.

▫️. At times when he comes, they cant move their body, they cant make dua, their mouth became glued or sealed. They felt as if something heavy is placed on them.
▫️. At times they see a man, but at times a woman came to them, and they had intercourse; the lesbian way.

▫️. At times they see themselves in a wedding setting, as if they are married to someone. One of them eve said, on the night of the wedding, the next morning people kept hearing whistles and sounds of celebration.
