Recharge Ur Body

 *Recharge Ur Body*

-----------------

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Don't worry! Your bed will be there when you come back. Yes. But Tahajjud time? Once it's gone, you can't get it back.

In fact,

Angels carry the attendance register every night. So never miss even for one night without waking up for Tahajjud. Do it until the end of your life.

Now,

Any Nafil prayer established after ishai prayer (before you sleep) is called Qiyamul-lail.

Any Nafil prayer established when you wake up from sleep (after ishai prayer) is called Tahajjud.

The two Nafil are good but Tahajjud is more rewarding because only the determined Muslims can wake from sleep just for Allah (swt).

My People,

It is best to delay the tahajjud or late night prayer to the *last third portion of the night.*

Evidence:

Abu Hurairah (r.a.) reports that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Our Lord Descends to the lowest heaven during the *last one-third of the night* inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' 📚Related by Bukhari and Muslim

*How is the one-third Time for Tahajjud Calculated?*

The sun sets and rises at different times, it would obviously be almost impossible for us to give you one exact clock 🕑 time as the most opportune time to offer ones tahajjud prayers.

But,

Lets just say that at a particular day in the place you reside, the time between Ishai prayer and Fajr prayer is 10 hours (7:30PM to 05:30AM).

Here is how you figure the exact time using the above example:

You start off by figuring out the number of hours between {Ishai} and time of {fajr} in your area.

Let's assume Ishai is 7:30PM

Let's also assume Fajr is 5:30AM

Between Ishai and Fajr in this example is 10 hours.

The three portions of the night divided into 10 hours - 10/3 = roughly 3.5 hours

1⃣ 7:30PM Ishai time plus 3.5 hours = 10:30PM
(7:30pm to 10:30pm) is the first 1/3 of the night

2⃣ 10:30PM plus 3.5 hours = (10:30PM to 2:00AM) is the second 1/3 of the night

3⃣ *2:00AM plus 3.5 hours = (2:00AM - 4:40AM) is the last 1/3 end of the night* since the Tahajjud time ended 25 to 30 minutes before Fajr prayer time.

Therefore,

From the above *example of timing and its calculation,* the last part of 1/3 (one third) of the night is 2AM to roughly 30minutes before Fajr prayer time.

But,

If one is unable to offer his or her tahajjud prayers at this best and most opportune time for any reason, the absolute majority of the scholars and jurists in Islam are of the opinion that one can offer it at any time between the end of the isha prayers and 30minutes before the fajr prayers, they would receive their *appropriate and due reward* from their Lord for their striving.

My People,

Take it the way you can maintain for a long time without missing. At least, 2 raka'ats every blessed night and go back to catch up with your sleep. Just make it consistent. In less than 20 minutes or so, you are done.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
