*Our Biggest Challenge in Deen*
_{ Mental Distractions }_
We are living in an era of noise — constant distractions from all directions. Social media, movies, music, gossip, endless scrolling — everything pulling us away from Allah ο·».
Even in salah, our minds wander.
We remember everything except the One we are standing before.
We’ve become so attached to this dunya — chasing likes, fame, wealth — wanting to be “normal” like everyone else.
Ask yourself *But at what cost?*
We're seeking worldly pleasure with all our might… and forgetting the Hereafter.
Our hearts are tied to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and music.
We've lost our focus.
We dream of becoming billionaires — even if the income is haram.
Online businesses built on deceit… lies we know are false.
We betray, we cheat — just to make money, just to “make it.”
You can scroll TikTok for 30 minutes without blinking…
But can’t focus two minutes in salah.
Your heart is active — but not with Allah.
Your constant thought? Dunya.
“I want to be like them.”
“I want to build this.”
“I want to own that.”
Desires have consumed the heart — and we forgot the destroyer of desires: Death.
Death comes without warning.
And with all that you earned… you’ll only take your deeds to the grave.
This dunya is a journey — don’t waste your life pleasing it.
Please your Lord instead.
Yes, we’re busy — work, school, life — but we must balance between dunya and akhirah.
Use your phone and Use social media.
But remember that Allah is watching.
Post what benefits you. Watch Qur’an recitations, tafsir, reminders.
If you’re addicted to your phone, at least turn that addiction into something halal.
Mental distractions are everywhere. —But never forget your purpose ➮ *You were created to seek Allah’s pleasure, not the dunya’s.*
✅ How to Protect Yourself from Mental Distractions!

Understand what you're saying.
Look at the place of sujood.
Slow down. Feel every moment.
➥ Feed Your Soul Daily:
Qur’an, dhikr, authentic reminders — make it a daily habit.
“Indeed, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”
— [Surah Ar-Ra’d 13:28]
If you want to stay firm in Deen.....
➯ Make Du’a Constantly:
“O Turner of hearts, keep my heart firm upon Your religion.”

Be with those who remind you of Allah — not those who distract you from Him.
➱ Balance Your Life:
Take care of your soul, body, and mind. Sleep well. Eat well. Rest. Learn. Grow.
