 The importance of reciting the Qur'an.

Alhamdulillah, The Quran is a great book of humanity and there is no book that has a great miracle like the Quran.

Allah says,

Al-Baqarah 2:121

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ يَتۡلُونَهُۥ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهِۦٓ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦۗ وَمَن يَكۡفُرۡ بِهِۦ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ

Those to whom We have given the Book recite it with its true recital.[1] They [are the ones who] believe in it. And whoever disbelieves in it - it is they who are the losers.

The recitation of the Quran for every uruf(letter) is ten reward.

As reported in Hadith,

Muhammad IBN Ka'b R.A said,

"I heard 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud saying: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "[Whoever recites a letter] from Allah's Book, then he receives the reward from it, and the reward of ten the like of it. I do not say that Alif Lam Mim is a letter, but Alif isa letter, Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter."
