*The Beginning and the End*

*Episode 8*

*The Creation of Adam (Alaihissalaam)*

Adam is the father of humanity. Allah (Sub-haanahu wata'aala) says:

And (mention, O Muhammad), when your Rubb said to the angels. ‘Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority.’ They said, ‘Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while

we declare Your praise and sanctify You?’ He [Allah] said,

‘Indeed, I know that which you do not know.’ * And He taught Adam the names – all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, ‘Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful.’ * They said, ‘Exalted are You; we

have no knowledge except what You have taught us.

Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, the Wise.’ *

 He said,

‘O Adam, inform them of their names.’ And when he had informed them of their names, He said, ‘Did I not tell you that I know the unseen (aspects) of the heavens and the earth? And I know what you reveal and what you have

concealed.’ *

And (mention) when We said to the angels,

‘Prostrate before Adam’; so they prostrated, except for Iblees.26

He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers. * And We said, ‘O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Jannah and eat wherefrom in (ease and) abundance from wherever you will. But do not approach

this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers.’ *

But Satan caused them to slip out of it and removed them from that...

26 The proper name of Satan, who was not an angel but from the jinn.

Done in obedience to Allah, this prostration was one of respect, not

worship.

...(condition) in which they had been. And We said, ‘Go down (all of you) as enemies to one another, and you will have upon the earth a place of settlement and provision for a time.’ *

Then Adam received from his Rubb words (of

repentance), and He accepted his repentance. Indeed, it is He who is the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful. *

We said, ‘Go down from it, all of you. And when guidance comes to you from Me, whoever follows My guidance –there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.

*

And those who disbelieve and deny Our signs – those will be companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.’ [2:30-39]

Humans are from the progeny of Adam. Allah (Sub-haanahu wata'aala) says:

O mankind, fear your Rubb, who created you from one soul. [4:1]

The Prophet () said regarding this:

“O people, your Rubb is One, and indeed your father is one. All of you were created from Adam, and Adam was created from dust. There is no excellence of an Arab over a non-Arab, a non-Arab over an Arab, a red person over a

white, nor a white person over a red, except in

righteousness and piety.” [Ahmed]

GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 28th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Tuesday 7th May 2024). *_GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD_*. Aameen.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (SallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being.* If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all these will be regarded as charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the compulsory congregational prayer is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/2891]. To show gratitude to ALLAH for keeping your body safe and sound, you should give in charity or do charitable deeds. Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: ALLAH'S Messenger (sallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one w

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will p
