The believer is rewarded for every matter by gratitude and patience. For better for worse, just say AlhamdulilLah.

Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas may ALLAH be pleased with him reported: The Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “I am amazed by the believer. If he is granted goodness, he praises ALLAH and is grateful. If he is afflicted with a calamity, he praises ALLAH and is patient. The believer is rewarded for every matter, even lifting a morsel of food to his wife’s mouth.” Musnad Ahmad 1495.

Let's note that our worries does not resolve any issues we face, we can only complain to ALLAH for help for, whatever, difficulties we faces. Lack of appreciation for the little we have especially our good health is the source of our struggling.
