One can confirm the accuracy of this statement from experience, for even when reading or writing, one is constantly divorced by inappropriate thoughts. One of the best means of controlling such thoughts is to work at something that is at once interesting and useful.

﷽ ➖➖➖ *IMPORTANCE OF SEEKING KNOWLEDGE* ➖➖➖ *An obligation upon every Muslim* ➖➖➖ Allah ﷻ says *وَعَلَّمَ ءَادَمَ الأَسْمَآءَ كُلَّهَا* _And He taught Adam all the names of everything_ Meaning, the names that people use, such as human, animal, sky, earth, land, sea, horse, donkey, and so forth, including the names of the other species" *ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَـئِكَةِ* _Then He showed them to the angels_ Meaning, the creations.
