*Performing 50 or 52 raka'ats prayers everyday is the best form of exercise in the world. Are you with me?*
Here is the breakdown of where these prayers are gotten from the Hadīth of the Prophet ﷺ:
*➖ OBLIGATORY PRAYERS*
1. Zuhr : 4 raka'ats.
2. Asr : 4 raka'ats.
3. Maghrib : 3 raka'ats.
4. Isha : 4 raka'ats.
5. Subh : 2 raka'ats.
Total : 17 raka'ats
Below is the Hadīth that shows the importance of the five-daily prayers 👇🏻
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"Do you think that if there was a river by the door of any one of you, and he bathed in it five times each day, would there be any trace of dirt left on him?" They said: "No trace of dirt would be left on him." He said: "That is the likeness of the five daily prayers. By means of them Allah erases sins."
