DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a, 19th day of Ramadhan. (Wednesday, 20th of April, 2022). *_KULLU NAFSIN....?_*. BismilLah.
All of us will die sooner or later, but the serious question remains as to HOW? In a state where ALLAH is pleased with us or where HE is displeased?
ALLAH says:
“ Until, when death comes to one of them, he says: “My Lord! Send me back”. (Quran, 23:99).
Why does he want to be sent back to this world? Is it to live longer? Is it to earn more money? Definitely NO.
The answer is: “ So that I may act righteously in that (world) which I have left behind…” But is it possible to come back after death?
“… Never! It is simply a word he utters, and behind them is a barrier till the day when they will be resurrected.” (Quran, 23:100)
Alhamdulillah! You and I are still alive, and we have the opportunity to do good deeds and act righteously.
Let’s not delay that lest we meet the same fate stated in those verses.
One lives only once, and there is no way back to this world again when death comes.
May Allah be pleased with us when we return to Him after death. Aameen.
