MISSING JUMUAT AND OFFERING ZUHUR SALAAT

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. YawmulJumuat. 25th day of Sha’abaan, 1444AH (Friday 17th March 2023). *_MISSING JUMUAT AND OFFERING ZUHUR SALAAT_*. BismilLah

AlhamdulilLah, for granting us another blessed day of the week. It's important we set our priorities this morning right before we leave our homes for our daily sustenance. We must have within our agenda the intention to go to the masjid for the jumuat salaat and, more importantly, get to the masjid early before the imam arrives. When you enter the masjid, offer your two rakaats greetings of the masjid, then sit down, reciting your suuratul kahf or salutations to the Prophet sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam till the imam comes. As soon as the imam says Assalaamu Alaikum warahmatullah and you respond, we are to listen to the imam silently without any act, or else we lose our share of the rewards of the jumuat. Switch off your phone and sit silently and attentively as if you are offering salaat. There is no specific dua when the imam pauses after the first part of the Khutbah. You can recite any dua you wish till the imam stand up to continue.

If a person comes to the masjid where he usually prays and finds that he has missed the jumuat, and he thinks that people in other masjids are about to finish and leave, and he does not think that there is any mosque nearby in which Jumu‘ah prayers are still going on, then he should offer Zuhr and in shaa ALLAAH with hope of gaining jumuat rewards.

But if you know that the masjid  where you usually pray does the prayer before other mosques, then strive to get the Jumuat from the other masjids if not then pray 4 rakaats zuhur alone hoping for ALLAH to accept it with Jumuat rewards.

Please remember to take your ghusul before leaving for masjid or for work if you can't get back home to bathe before going to masjid.

*_May ALLAH (Ar-Razzaaq,  The Provider of Wealth and Sustenance) have mercy on us all and answer our dua_*. Aameen.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

Person, Munkar and Nakir As reported in hadith, It was narrated form Al Bara bin Azib that the Prophet said: Allah will keep firm those who believe, with the world that stands firm in this world, and in the Hereafter. This was revelated concerning the torment in the grave. It will be said to him (the deceased: 'Who is your Lord?' and he will say: 'My Lord isAllah and my Prophet is Muhammad. That is what is (the meaning of) His saying: Allah will keep firm those who believe, with the word that stands firm in this world, and in the Hereafter". Sunan an-Nasa'i 2057. Abd Allah (b. Mas’ud) told that when the evening came, the prophet (May peace be upon him) would say: we have come to the evening, and in the evening the dominion belongs to Allah: “Praise b...

As Time passes

╔✽̤̥̈̊‎ As Time passes ✽̤̈̊╗ Abdullah bin Mas’ud & said: “Indeed I hate to see a man idle, neither working for this world nor for the Hereafter.”  Hasan Basri sé said: “O son of Adam, indeed you are only but a number of days.
