AS SALAAMU ALAYKUM WARAHMATULLAH WABARAKAATUHU. LET'S START TONIGHT'S EDUCATION. OUR TOPIC IS 👇.                                                                                *COMMENTARY AND TAFSIR OF THE VERSES OF THE GLORIOUS QURAN (Episode 152)*

Talha's response was affirmative for which Prophet continued that the reward for the fast surpasses the latter. However Talha's not permitted to Jannah was because he was still alive. We can jott one the greater reward in fasting Ramadan. *May HE accept it from us..... AMIN*. Back to the topic, and since most Muslims had died consuming wine since it wasn't harram at that time, the people asked if they will be forgiven. It was at this, this verse was revealed. We are pardoned on sins till they are made prohibited. For instance those Muslims that died before Ramadan was ordained wouldn't be questioned why they didn't fasted.

*Let's continue on this verse*👇.                          [8:33] Al-Anfāl-

And, (in truth, the matter is that) it is not Allah’s Glory to torment them, whilst you (O Venerable Beloved) are also (present) amongst them. Nor would Allah torment them whilst they are engaged in supplicating Him for forgiveness.

And what might be any other reason that Allah should not punish these (disbelievers of Mecca now after your emigration to Medina), whilst they hinder people from the Sacred Mosque (Ka‘ba), and they do not deserve to be its guardians (or custodians) as well? Its friends (i.e., guardians) are only the righteous people, but most of them do not know (this truth).

Volume 6, Book 60, Number 171:

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Abu Jahl said, "O Allah! If this (Quran) is indeed the Truth from You, then rain down on us a shower of stones from the sky or bring on us a painful torment." So Allah revealed:-- "But Allah would not punish them while you were amongst them, nor He will punish them while they seek (Allah's) forgiveness..." (8.33) And why Allah should not punish them while they turn away (men) from Al-Masjid-al-Haram (the Sacred Mosque of Mecca)..." (8.33-34)

Abu Jahl was a relative to Umar bun Khattab, who was hostile to Islam. He was the first person who spilled blood in the cause of Islam. He and two others poured/placed Filth on Prophet's shoulders when he was in sujuud. It is believed he offered two sacrifice before Battle of Badr, and promised  to do more after winning that battle. Unfortunately for him, he was killed in the said battle. He was the first person to kill a believing Muslim who was the mum of Ammar bun Yasir. He also burned a Muslim's house when he accepted Islam and migrated to Madina out of fear if being molested.

As we recently said in our previous episode on this topic, he once beat/strike Our Noble Prophet for which Hamzah took revenge for him. When Umar publicly announced his acceptance of Islam, Abu Jahl was there to rescue him when he was about to be heated my a mob. As an usual life of the disbelievers, Abu Jahl requested shower of Stones from the sky if the Quran is indeed truth. After witnessing signs/mirracles from the Holy Prophet, they still disbelief only for him again to ask rain of stones from Allah. It was on this that the verses were revealed.

The verse continued by clarifying that Allah's chastisement will not fall on us/them while we are seeking forgiveness.

*Let's continue on this verse*👇.                           [17:110] Al-’Isrā-

Say: ‘Call on Allah or call on al-Rahman (the Most Compassionate), by whatever Name you invoke Him, (all) the Best Names are His. And recite (the Qur’an in) your Prayer neither too loud nor too low, but adopt a (middle) course in between the two’.

Volume 6, Book 60, Number 246:

Narrated Ibn Abbas:

(regarding): 'Neither say your, prayer aloud, nor say it in a low tone.' (17.110) This Verse was revealed while Allah's Apostle was hiding himself in Mecca. When he prayed with his companions, he used to raise his voice with the recitation of Qur'an, and if the pagans happened to hear him, they would abuse the Qur'an, the One who revealed it and the one who brought it. Therefore Allah said to His Prophet : 'Neither say your prayer aloud.' (17.110) i.e. do not recite aloud lest the pagans should hear you, but follow a way between.

Islam as we all know suffered many predicaments when it emerged. Part of them was that, the Quraish will abuse the Quran when it is been recited by Prophet in the Prayer. They will abuse it and it's revealer(Almighty Allah). It was for this reason/instance, the verse was revealed. He was petitioned to recite it in between (neither aloud or low), let's they redicule him. This verse also goes to us Who live in region occupied mostly by these unbelievers. We are advised not to raise our voices in worships, lest we might distrapt their attention or they might redicule us. It is not only in worship but every thing regarding Islam.

For instance when  Abu Dhar embrace Islam,  Prophet cautioned him not to showcase it in the presence of the Quraish but he did so. He was totally beaten before he was rescued.  Musab bun Umayr was made a slave in his own house upon accepting Islam. This Musab was an eminent Sahaba who was martyred in Battle of uhud along with Hamzah and others. Talha didn't find life easy when he accepted Islam. Usman lost his wives when he accepted Islam. These people are Enemies to our religion and caution should be taken on them lest they abuse us or the religion itself. We should choice our places well before we go worshiping or doing Islam related stuff.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today?

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today? Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent.

Friday and it's dignity.

Friday and it's dignity. O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew. Friday is the best day of the week because it was the day Adam was created, the day he entered paradise and the day he was removed from paradise. it was also the day he died and the hour(qiyaamah) will not come except on this day. Sahih. It was narrated from Aws bin Aws that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever washes (ghassala) and performs ghusl, comes early to the masjid and sits near the imam and does not engage in idle talk, he will have for every step he takes (the reward of) a year's worth of good deeds, fasting it and...
