 *Your Commitment*

بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم

In the sight of Allah (swt), the most beloved deeds are not always the magnificent in size, but the most consistent. As the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) taught us, “Take up good deeds only as much as you are able, for the best deeds are those done regularly even if they are few.” 📚(Sunan Ibn Mājah 4240)

My People,

Consider this: The believer who, for three years, wakes every night to pray just 2 rak'ahs of Tahajjud has built a fortress of faith. Contrast this with one who prays 6 rak'ahs every night for a month, only to then stop completely. The first, through unwavering consistency, has built a habit that pleases Allah far more.

Muslim Faithful,

The Prophet (pbuh) personally warned us against the danger of starting and then abandoning this precious worship, saying: “O `Abdullah, do not be like so and so! He used to pray at night and then he stopped.” 📚(Al-Bukhari and Muslim).

Let us not be among those who start Tahajjud with good zeal, only to let their connection fade simply because, angels do not descend (every night) with briefcases of Naira and Dollars for people of Tahajjud. Yes. If the reward for Tahajjud was a daily deposit of Naira, Dollars or any currency into our accounts, the midnight hours would be the most bustling time for Muslims. In fact, we would compete for "overtime".😃

My People,

Tahajjud is one of the most cherished acts of worship a believer can offer on regular basis. Yes. And the beautiful news is that it is within everyone's grasp (You & I).

Let assume you wake up by 2AM, use 3minutes to perform ablution, 2minutes to get dressed, 5minutes to establish ONLY 2rakaat nawafil, 5minutes to make Du'a to Allah.. Total time spent = 15minutes. *Everything In 15minutes,* then, go back to catch up with sleep.

You see!

In a mere quarter of an hour, you can earn a pleasure and proximity to Allah (swt) that transcends this world. Yes. The Prophet (pbuh) confirmed this -  that “The best of all nawafil prayers is prayer in the depths of the night.” 📚(Muslim)

Furthermore,

This prayer is not just an extra—it is a divine safety net. Yes. On the Day of Judgment, where our obligatory prayers may have shortcomings, our consistent midnight nawafil prayers will be used to complete them. 📚(Sunan al-Tirmidhī 413).

By implication,

Your success, my success in the Hereafter is secured by our consistent midnight prayer, since it's the most rewarding of all the voluntary prayers.

Servants of Allah!

Imagine the angels, tasked with recording the names of the righteous, writing your name down each night you wake up for Tahajjud!. These angels document those who conquer their desire for sleep to stand before the King of Kings. And this "Roll Call" is every night.

Now,

The question is: Will your name be on that list every blessed night?

Therefore,

If u have not yet set ur phone alarm in a repeating mode, to wake u up for midnight nawafil *(Tahajjud)* everyday till the end of ur life, pls do so immediately.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
