DU'Ā : THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON OF THE BELIEVER (30)

﷽ *DU'Ā : THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON OF THE BELIEVER (30)* اَللّٰھُمَّ اَغْفِرْلِيْ مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ ،وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ، وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِہٖ مِنِّيْ Allāhummagh-fir li mā qaddamtu wa mā akh-khart(u),wa mā asrartu wa mā a’lant(u), wa mā Anta a’lamu bihī minnī. O Allah, forgive what I did earlier and what I did later; what I did secretly and what I did publicly; and whatever you know more than I.

The Righteous Husband Exemplified by the Messenger of Allāh Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him)* *Part 6 (Final)

﷽ *The Righteous Husband Exemplified by the Messenger of Allāh Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him)* *Part 6  (Final)* One of the important means in the cause of reform and the quest to improve the relationship is the advise to be patient, as did Abu Bakr (may Allāh be pleased with him), with his daughter Asma, whose husband was busy, and so she complained to him from jealousy, he said: "O daughter be patient, if the woman has a good husband, and died before her, and she did not marry after him, they will be united in Paradise”. If the wife has mistakes, then the path of the faithful is to ignore the errors and overcome them and not disclose and spread them, while reviewing the memory to search for the good and positive qualities. He (Blessings and Peace be upon him) said: “The mu'min (believing) husband should not despise his mu'min (believing) wife because if there is any quality he dislikes in her he will certainly be pleased another.” [Muslim] Good rela...

SHOW MERCY TO THOSE WHO ARE ON EARTH AND THE ONE WHO IS IN HEAVEN WILL SHOW MERCY TO YOU

*SHOW MERCY TO THOSE WHO ARE ON EARTH AND THE ONE WHO IS IN HEAVEN WILL SHOW MERCY TO YOU* *"Those who show mercy will be shown mercy by the Most Merciful."* (Hadīth) The mercy of a mother to her children is explained very clearly in the hadīths of the Messenger of Allāh (Blessings and Peace be upon him). It is the ideal of love and compassion, the wellspring of pity and compassion which the Prophet (Blessings and Peace be upon him) presented as a vivid example to explain the mercy of Allāh, the Almighty, All-Merciful, to His slaves. "Umar Ibn al-Khattāb (may Allāh be pleased with him) narrated that some female prisoners were brought to the Messenger of Allāh, and he saw a woman searching frantically. When she found a child, she hugged him to her chest and began to breastfeed him. The Messenger of Allāh (Blessings and Peace be upon him) said: "Do you think that this woman could throw her child into the fire?" They said: "No, by Allāh." He said: ...

AR-RAHĪQ AL-MAKHTOUM (The Pure Nectar). A Treaties On Prophet Muhammad's Biography.* *Part 18*

﷽ *AR-RAHĪQ AL-MAKHTOUM (The Pure Nectar). A Treaties On Prophet Muhammad's Biography.* *Part 18* *THE PROPHET'S HOUSEHOLD* The Prophet's Household is known as the Hashimite Household in relation to his forefather Hāshim Ibn 'Abdu Manāf. Now, I will talk about Hāshim and those who came after him. *1. HĀSHIM* We pointed out previously that it was Hāshim who took charge of As-Siqāyah and ar-Rifādah from among Banu 'Abdu Manāf. This happened when Banu 'Abdud-Dār and Banu 'Abdu Manāf reached an agreement that positions should be divided between them. Hāshim was a well-to-do and prominent man. Also, he was the first one to offer Tharīd (a panada-like food) to pilgrims in Mecca. His name was 'Amr. But he was called Hāshim because he used to crush hard bread for making Tharid. He was the first one who introduced the two journeys of winter and summer to Quraish. It is said that he travelled to Ash-Shām as a merchant and when he returned to Madinah,...

THE BEAUTIFUL WORLD IS SEEN ONLY BY OPTIMISTIC

*THE BEAUTIFUL WORLD IS SEEN ONLY BY OPTIMISTIC* *"Showing gratitude to Allāh protects one from His wrath."* If winter has closed the doors of your house and mountains of snow have besieged you in all directions, then look forward to the coming of spring and open your windows to a breath of fresh air. Look far ahead, and see the flocks of birds starting to sing again. You will see the sun shinning its golden rays on the branches to give you a new life, a new dream and a new heart. Do not travel to the desert looking for beautiful trees, for you will never find there anything but loneliness. Look at the hundreds of trees that offer you shade and fruits and the delightful singing of birds sheltering in them. Do not try to look at what happened yesterday and what you lost, for in life, when a leaf falls it will never come back, but with each new spring new leaves will grow. Look at the canopy of leaves between you and the sky, and forget about the leaves that have fallen ...

Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 23 and 24

And if you (Arab pagans, Jews, and Christians) are in doubt concerning that which We have sent down (i.e. the Quran) to Our slave (Muhammad Peace be upon him), then produce a Surah (chapter) of the like thereof and call your witnesses (supporters and helpers) besides Allah, if you are truthful. *COMMENTARY* How do we know that there is revelation, and that it is from Allāh? Here is a concrete test. The Teacher of Allāh's Truth has placed before you many Sūras. Can you produce one like it? If there is any one besides Allāh, who can inspire spiritual truth in such noble language, produce your evidence. Or is it that your doubts are merely argumentative, refractory, against your own inner light, or conscience? All true revelation is itself a miracle, and stands on its own merits.  ﷽ *S...

_CAN A WIFE SAVE HER INCOME AND SOME OF WHAT HER HUSBAND GIVES HER FOR UPKEEPING?

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 1st day of Muharram, 1441AH (Saturday 31st August, 2019). *_CAN A WIFE SAVE HER INCOME AND SOME OF WHAT HER HUSBAND GIVES HER FOR UPKEEPING?_* BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. If the man gives his wife a certain amount of money to spend on the housekeeping, and she is able to manage it well and save some of this money to use in the future, then there is nothing wrong with this; rather she is to be thanked for doing it, but that is subject to certain conditions: That this does not involve deceiving or lying to the husband, such as if she asks him for things that she does not need, then she does not buy them and saves that money instead, or she asks for more than she needs, then only buys part of it and saves the rest of the money. That comes under the heading of lying and deceit, and is not permissible. That no constraint should be caused to the husband and children as a result of that saving, because the husband only gave her that money to s...

NEW ISLAMIC YEAR 1441AH

﷽ *NEW ISLAMIC YEAR 1441AH* 1st Muharram, 1441AH will mark the start of New Islamic Year 1441 AH. The expected Gregorian Date for 1st Muharram, 1441AH is 31st August, 2019, 1st September, 2019 or 2nd September, 2019 depending on your location. To check Islamic date of your city: Check, Islamic Calendar 1441AH. Being the first month of the Islamic New Year, Muharram holds great importance in Islam. It is one of the four sacred months in the Islamic calendar. Muharram in its literal sense means “forbidden”. Similar to the other sacred months, waging war or indulging in any kind of violence during this month is forbidden. “The year is of twelve months, out of which four months are sacred: Three are in succession Dhul-Qa’ da, Dhul-Hijja and Muharram, and (the fourth is) Rajab…” (Bukhari 3197) Muharram holds great significance long before the Prophet Muhammad’s (Blessings and Peace be upon him) time. Earlier on, it was obligatory to fast on the 10th of Muharram.  However later...

He is the one whose cognisance reaches the deepest, darkest, hidden corners of His kingdom, where neither human intelligence nor His angels can penetrate. *Benefits* Anyone who reads this Name continually for seven days will begin to perceive hidden secrets. Any person who has an insatiable desire for pleasures should read this name of Allāh constantly. Insha-Allah he will soon be freed from such base desires.

The Righteous Husband Exemplified by the Messenger of Allāh Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him)* *Part 5

﷽  *The Righteous Husband Exemplified by the Messenger of Allāh Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him)* *Part 5* Problems between the righteous people and individuals and families are natural. The difference between us and the companions is that the problem was soon resolved, and the issue was quickly solved, and the issue of stubbornness and persistence and long abandonment did not exist, but today this is worse, the problem continues, and involves courts, defamation, and bad rumours in society,  and people talk and violate teach others’ honour. The example of the honourable Prophet, with his busy life, is the example of the best husband in history; his busy  schedule and preoccupations did not prevent him from giving his wives their due rights, even though he was the leader of the state, the carrier of the message, the commander of the army, and the teacher of the people. But none of this came between him and his wives, unlike many Muslims today who violate ...

AR-RAHĪQ AL-MAKHTOUM (The Pure Nectar). A Treaties On Prophet Muhammad's Biography.* *Part 17

*﷽* *AR-RAHĪQ AL-MAKHTOUM (The Pure Nectar). A Treaties On Prophet Muhammad's Biography.* *Part 17* *THE PROPHET'S LINEAGE (BLESSINGS AND PEACE BE UPON HIM)* The lineage of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him) divides into three divisions: Biographers and genealogists agree upon the first division from which the Prophet's ancestry begins and ends with 'Adnān. As for the second division, Scholars differ over it greatly. It is the division which follows 'Adnān and ends with Abraham. Some scholars maintain that it is not permissible to report it while others made this permissible and recounted it. But they differed over the number of forefathers and their names. There were about thirty statements in this regard. However, all Scholars agree unanimously that 'Adnān is among the pure descendants of Ishmael. As regards the third division, it comes after Abraham and ends with Ādam. We depend considerably on the transmitted texts of ...

KEEP BUSY WITH THE PRESENT RATHER THAN THE PAST OR FUTURE

﷽ *KEEP BUSY WITH THE PRESENT RATHER THAN THE PAST OR FUTURE* *"Keep your duty to Allāh and He will take care of you."* What is the point in slapping your cheeks or rendering your garment in sorrow over something you missed or some calamity that befell you? What is the point in focusing your thoughts and feelings on some incident that has passed so as to increase your pain and make you fall apart? If it were possible to reach into the past and change its events which we did not like, and alter them the way we like, then going back to the past would be essential. We would all rush to go back and erase the things we regretted doing and increase our share of good fortune. But that is impossible, so it is better for us to focus our efforts on what will help us get on with our lives, for that is our only means of compensation. This is what the Qur'an drew attention to after Uhud (a battle named after a mountain in Madīnah), when Allāh said to those who were weeping f...

CALAMITIES ARE MEANS OF ATTAINING DESIRES

﷽ *CALAMITIES ARE MEANS OF ATTAINING DESIRES* *"But whosoever turns away from My remembrance (i.e neither believe in this Qur'an nor acts on its teachings) verily, for him is a life of hardship..."* [Qur'an 20:124] It is narrated that Umm al-'Alā' (may Allāh be pleased with her) said: "The Messenger of Allāh (Blessings and Peace be upon him) visited me when I was sick and said: 'Be of good cheer, O' Umm al-'Alā', for by means of a Muslim's sickness Allāh takes away his sin as the fire take away the dross of silver.'" This does not mean that we should breed germs in our bodies or be careless about seeking medical treatment on the basis that sickness erases sin. Rather, we should seek healing and cure, whilst still bearing the sickness with patience and seeking reward for the pain from Allāh. We should regard it as a means of storing up good deeds on our record. This is the lesson that this righteous woman is teaching us...

Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 21 and 22

O mankind! Worship your Lord (Allāh), Who created you and those who were before you so that you may become Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V. 2:2). *COMMENTARY* For Taqwā (see verse 2, 26). I connect this dependent clause with "worship" above, though it could be connected with "created." According to my construction the argument will be as follows. Adoration is the act of the highest and humblest reverence and worship. When you get into that relationship with Allāh. Who is your Creator and Guardian, your faith produces works of righteousness. It is a chance given you: will you take it? If you do, your whole nature will be transformed.

GOOD & BAD MANNERS, A SOURCE OF PARADISE OR HELL

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat, 29th day of Dhul Hijjah, 1440AH (Friday 30th August, 2019). *_GOOD & BAD MANNERS, A SOURCE OF PARADISE OR HELL_*. BismilLah. AlhamdulilLah for blessing us with yet another Friday. The reminder on this blessed day is a serious topic for each of us especially to myself first. Just imagine that a polite answer turns away anger and a kind word uttered in time may save us from many troubles true or false? True. It is politeness which succeeds while ability fails. Even a good action will lose its value if the person doing favor utters impolite words. It is on this note that we, as Muslims, should endeavor to learn from the Prophet Muhammad (sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam) who summarized the goal of his entire message into the perfection of the best of conduct in the beautiful hadith: “I have been sent to perfect the best of manners” (Muwatta’ Malik, 8) ALLAH describes the Prophet and his ways as: "Indeed you stand on an exalted standard ...

ENCOURAGING GOOD AND REFRAINING FROM BAD

*﷽* *ENCOURAGING GOOD AND REFRAINING FROM BAD*   A young man, a student in one of the universities, was one day taking a walk with a Professor, who was commonly called the student's friend, from his kindness to those who waited on his instructions.   As they went along, they saw lying in the path a pair of old shoes, which they supposed to belong to a poor man who was employed in a field close by,and who had nearly finished his day's work.   The student turned to the professor, saying: "Let us play a trick on the man; we will hide his shoes, conceal ourselves behind those bushes and wait to see his perplexity when he cannot find them."   "My young friend," answered the professor, "we should never amuse ourselves at the expense of the poor. But you are rich and may give yourself a much greater pleasure by means of this poor man. Put a coin in each shoe, and then we will hide ourselves and watch how this affects him."   The student did so...

They thrust their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunderclap for fear of death. But Allah ever encompasses the disbelievers (i.e. Allah will gather them all together). *COMMENTARY* A wonderfully graphic and powerful simile applying to those who reject Faith. In their self-sufficiency they are undisturbed normally. But what happens when a great storm breaks over them? They cover their ears against thunder-claps, and the lightning nearly blinds them. They are in moral fear, but Allāh encompasses them around - even them, for He at all times encompasses all. He gives them rope. In the intervals of deafening noise and blinding flashes, there are moments of steady light, and th...

The Righteous Husband Exemplified by the Messenger of Allah Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him)* *Part 4

﷽  *The Righteous Husband Exemplified by the Messenger of Allah Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him)* *Part 4* The companions and the salaf (first Muslim generations) continued in this path in the issue of caring for the married life, its reform and being involved and practicing good intervention. Umar Ibn Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) was angry one day with his wife, so she argued with him, and he objected that  she argues with him. His wife said: "Why do you object that I disagree with you? By Allah the Prophet’s wives argue with him and they do not talk to him till the night." So he paid his daughter Hafsa (R.A.) a special visit, and said: “O Hafsa, do you (wives of the Prophet) argue with him and stay away from him until the night? If they ask him for nafaqa and he does not have it, do they get angry and not speak to him (Blessings and Peace be upon him) until the evening.” She said: "Yes, this happens", Umar (R.A.) said: “you  are mist...

*﷽* *AR-RAHĪQ AL-MAKHTOUM (The Pure Nectar). A Treaties On Prophet Muhammad's Biography.* *Part 16* *FORMS OF THE ARAB PAGAN SOCIETY continues...* *ECONOMIC CONDITIONS* Economic conditions were seriously affected by the social ones. This can be clearer if we consider the Arabs' means of sustenance. As we know they depended considerably upon trade for satisfying their normal needs. But trade was available when security and Peace reigned supreme. So trade was possible and flourishing in the Sacred months only. During these months there were convened famous markets for Arabs like 'Ukāz, Dhul-Majāz, Majannah, and others. As for industries and crafts, Arabs were distant from them. Tanning, weaving and others crafts were known to the people of Yemen, Al-Hīrah and the outskirts of Ash-Shām. On the other hand, there hand, there were some signs of agriculture, tilling and breeding cattle in the Arabian Peninsula. The only craft that Arab women could practice was spinnin...

SOME SERIOUS TRAPS OF SHEITAN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis, 28th day of Dhul Hijjah, 1440AH (Thursday 29th August, 2019). *_SOME SERIOUS TRAPS OF SHEITAN_*. *Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem*. A serious trap of Sheitan to be careful about is Arousing Desires. ALLAH says; “Satan promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them except delusion.”Qur’an 4:120: Every human has desires and temptations. Satan plays on this and convinces man to indulge in instant gratification without considering the consequences. This inevitably leads to regret and humiliation, either in this life or on the Day of Judgement. Another trap is Wasting Time: If Satan cannot trap someone into sinning, he keeps them busy with trivial acts which have no benefit. Instead of using our time wisely, fulfilling our priorities and reaching high goals, Satan occupies us with useless actions. Let's be aware and stay away from Satan's traps *_We ask ALLAH to protect us from Sheitan_*. Aameen.

What is alcohol?

Three drunkards entered a taxi and the taxi driver knew that they were drunk, so he started the engine and turned it off again. He told them, "we have reached". The first drunkard gave him money and the second drunkard said, "Thank you". While, the third drunkard gave the driver a slap. The driver was shocked, thinking the third drunkard knew what he did, but he asked him, "What's the slap for?" The third drunkard replied: "CONTROL YOUR SPEED NEXT TIME", You nearly kill us.😂Say no to Alcohol. *What is alcohol?* #Alcohol is any substance which makes one to react abnormally. It includes Indian hemp, beer, spirit, wine, heroin, cocaine, opium etc. Which tamper with a person's mental state. Users of Intoxicants end of being addicts. The Glorious Qur'an testify to this: Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 219: يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ قُلْ فِيهِمَا إِثْمٌ كَبِيرٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَإِثْمُهُمَا أَكْبَرُ مِن نَّفْعِهِمَ...

THE SOUL DESERVES MORE CARE THAN THE BODY

*THE SOUL DESERVES MORE CARE THAN THE BODY* *"My mercy prevails over My wrath." (Hadīth)* When 'Umar Ibn Abd al-'Aziz was caliph, he ordered a man to buy him a garment for eight dirhams. The man bought it and brought it to him. 'Umar placed his hand on it said: "How lovely and soft it is!" The man who had brought it smiled, and 'Umar asked him, "Why are you smiling?" He said: "Because, O' Amīr al-Mu'minīn (leader of believers), before you became caliph, you ordered me to buy a silk cloak for you, and I bought it for one thousand dirhams, but you put your hand on it and said, 'How rough it is!' Today you find an eight-dirham garment soft." 'Umar said: "I don't think that a man who buys a garment for one thousand dirhams fears Allāh." Then he said: "I have an ambitious soul. Every time it attains one position, it looks for something higher. I became governor, then I wanted to become cali...

BEING GRATEFUL TO THE BENEFICENT IS A DUTY*

*BEING GRATEFUL TO THE BENEFICENT IS A DUTY* *...Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and the excess in our affairs...* [Qur'an 3:147] (Al-Khayzarān) was a slave woman who the caliph al-Mahdi bought from the slave-trader, then he set her free and married her. He did as she wished and appointed two sons of hers to be her heirs. But when she got angry with him, she would say to his face: "I have never seen anything good from you!" (Al-Barmakiyyah) was another slave woman who was bought and sold. Then she was bought by al-Mu'tamid Ibn 'Abbād, the king of Morocco. He freed her and made her a queen. When she saw the slave girls playing with mud, she became nostalgic and wanted to play with mud like them. The king ordered that a huge amount of perfume be prepared for her, in the form of mud, so that she could play with it. But when she got angry with him she said to him: "I have never seen anything good from you!" He would simply smile and say to her: "No...

AR-RAHĪQ AL-MAKHTOUM (The Pure Nectar). A Treaties On Prophet Muhammad's Biography.* *Part 15*

*AR-RAHĪQ AL-MAKHTOUM (The Pure Nectar). A Treaties On Prophet Muhammad's Biography.* *Part 15* *FORMS OF THE ARAB PAGAN SOCIETY* Having talked about the policy and religions of the Arabian Peninsula, it is better to shed light on its social, economic and moral conditions. We will tackle them in brief as follows: SOCIAL CONDITIONS There were various social classes whose conditions differed from each other in Arab society. The aristocratic man's relationship with his family was civilised and honourable. The man belonging to an aristocratic family had the last word on all matters they dealt with. His decision was highly revered or even upheld by swords and fighting. Whenever the man wanted to laud himself and boast of his good attributes such as generosity and bravery, he chose none but the woman to address her in most cases. More to the point, the woman could bring tribes together to make Peace or fuel wars among them. For all that the man was regarded as the head of ...

TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arbaà, 27th day of Dhul Hijjah,1440AH (Wednesday 28th August, 2019). *_TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM_*. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed  sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, ins...

﷽ The Righteous Husband Exemplified by the Messenger of Allāh Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him)* *Part 3

﷽ *The Righteous Husband Exemplified by the Messenger of Allāh Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him)* *Part 3* The Prophet (Blessings and Peace be upon him) did not forget to humour and entertain his wives. 'Ā'ishah (may Allāh be pleased with her) said when they asked her how he (Blessings and peace be upon him) was, she said: “He used to enter with a smile and he made us laugh.”  And she narrated that the Prophet (Blessings and Peace be upon) invited her to see how the Ethiopian people danced with the spears in the mosque, she said: "The Prophet heard the voice and the sound of boys, so the Messenger (Blessings and Peace be upon him) got up and he saw some of the Ethiopian people dance, and the boys gathered around them. He (Blessings and Peace be upon) said: “O 'Ā'ishah, Come and see”.  'Ā'ishah (may Allāh be pleased with her) came and put her chin on the shoulder of the Messenger of Allah (Blessings and Peace be upon him), he (Blessings a...

Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 17 and 18

Their likeness is as the likeness of one who kindled a fire; then, when it lighted all around him, Allāh took away their light and left them in darkness. (So) they could not see. *COMMENTARY* The man wanted light: he only kindled a fire. It produced a blaze, and won the applause of all around. But it did not last long. When the flame went out as was inevitable, the darkness was worse than before. And they all lost their way. So hypocrisy, deception, arrogant compromise with evil, cynicism, or duplicity may win temporarye applause. But the true light of faith and sincerity is wanting, and therefore it must mislead and ruin all concerned. In the consternation they cannot speak or hear each other, and of course they cannot see; so they end like the deliberate rejecters of faith (Sūra Al-Baqara, verse 7)...

Don't be offended sisters. Must read...

Don't be offended sisters. Must read... I keep wondering when some sisters say no one is ready to marry them. Yes, Its natural, it happens, but its absurd at the same time. Because i keep asking this questions. Are you ready to get married? 1. When you always display your bad attitudes on social media without considering the fact that such behaviours are inappropriate. For example, when a sister posted her video on Snapchat rapping a song, or twisting her hips, or showing up her boobs. What do you call that? 2. When you parade your self on the street, displaying your figures and shapes. Who do you think would want such a woman? 3. When you jump from one boyfriend to another, from one boyfriend's car to another's, don't you think people are watching? Don't you think people care? 4. When you give body to this boyfriend, and tomorrow another new boyfriend, don't you think they can expose you? Men like that don't keep secrets. Sisters bad men don...

Commentary of An-nawawi Hadith Collections.* *Hadith 1:*

*Commentary of An-nawawi Hadith Collections.* *Hadith 1:* It is narrated on the authority of Amirul Mu'minin, Abu Hafs 'Umar bin al-Khattab, radiyallahu 'anhu, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, say: "Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah), so each man will have what he intended. Thus, he whose migration (hijrah) was to Allah and His Messenger, his migration is to Allah and His Messenger; but he whose migration was for some worldly thing he might gain, or for a wife he might marry, his migration is to that for which he migrated." *Lessons Derived from the Hadith* The Prophet, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, starts the hadith with the principle ("Actions are judged by intentions") and then gives three examples. This is the methodology of the Prophet, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam. The examples help illustrate the principle so that it is easier for people to understand and they can apply the principl...
