SINCERITY IS VERY PRECIOUS; WHERE ARE THE SINCERE ONES?

*SINCERITY IS VERY PRECIOUS; WHERE ARE THE SINCERE ONES?*

*"Delicate and pure as if they were (dedicated) eggs (well) preserved."* [Qur'an 37:49]

One of those who have a great deal of knowledge about Allāh, submit to His will and accept His decree was the Prophet of Allāh Ayyūb (may Allāh's peace be upon him). He was tested and afflicted with regard to his physical health, his wealth and his children, until there was not a patch in his body in the size of a needle that remained sound, except for his heart. He had nor worldly means to help him apart from his wife, who remained loyal to him because of her faith in Allāh and His Messenger (may Allāh's peace be upon him). She used to work as a servant on order to earn money, and she fed him and took care of him for nearly eighteen years, never leaving him morning or evening except when she went to serve people, then she would come back to him. This difficult state of affairs lasted for a long time until the appointed hour came, he beseeched the Lord of the Worlds, the God of the Messengers, the most Merciful of those who show mercy, calling upon Him and be saying:

Surah Al-Anbiya, Verse 83:

وَأَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

And (remember) Ayyūb (Job), when he cried to his Lord: "Verily, distress has seized me, and You are the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy."

Allāh, the All-Gracious, All-Merciful, answered his prayer. He commanded him to get up straight away and to strike the ground with his foot. He did so, and Allāh caused a spring to gush forth, then He commanded him to bathe in it, and all the sickness in his body disappeared. Then He commanded him to strike the ground in another spot, which caused another spring to gush forth. He commanded him to drink from it, and all the sickness inside him disappeared, and he became healthy and whole, both inwardly and outwardly. All of that was the fruit of patience and the result of seeking reward from Allāh and accepting His Will.

*"Man may regret speaker, but he will never regret silence."*

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today?

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today? Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent.

PURIFICATION OF THE HEART

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart. Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:88-89.  We learn from these verses that our success in the Hereafter depends upon the purification of our hearts in this life. We must purify our hearts from spiritual sins such as greed, malice, envy, arrog...
