*_Don't play with fire 🔥_*
Assalamu alaikum warhamatullah wabarakatuhu..
One of the first things we were taught when young is how to stay away from hot objects and fire..
Most of us can't even remember this because we were so young to even recall.. But we can see it been taught to our younger ones.. We even teach them too..
Our parents pretend to touch hot object or fire and be burnt by it.. And they lift their hands and be like washhhh.. "jojo","zafi".. Etc. Kids laugh though but get the message..
It is an indication that the flame or heat of fire is not something to go close to.. Far from the fire of this Dunya, the fire of jahannam is tougher, hotter and worst..
Whatever will lead us to it, we must try our best to stay away.. Each time we err like touching hot object we must quickly return to right with regret and repentance😭
Dear parents just as you took time to teach us to stay away from playing with fire when little.. Do your best to save us from the fire of the hereafter that is worst..
May Allah increase us in imaan, forgive our shortcomings and save us from hell.. Aameen

*_The changing time.._*
Assalamu alaikum warhamatullah wabarakatuhu
We will all agree that a whole lot have changed over the years..
From civilization to our manners and even our understanding and practice of the religion has not been left out..
Tell someone : "during the lifetime of the prophet salallahu alaihi wa salaam .... " and he replies.. "that time has passed"
SubhanaAllaah ..
Is the Quran we use today any different from there's?
Has any law changed? Has any punishment for breaking the laws of Allah been relaxed because we are in the "now" and they were in the "then"?🤔
Beloved brothers and sisters in Islam..
We are the ones that changed not Allaah's laws.. What was binding on them (Quran) is still what's binding on us..
We shouldn't blame our shortcomings and disobedience on the changing time for it is not sufficient an excuse and will not save us on the day of qiyama.. May Allah forgive us all. Aameen
We definitely can't be the sahabas.. We can however emulate them. And trying to be like them is not doing the impossible.. It's very possible.. May be not perfectly yet we all can make efforts..
